The food was so greasy and the onions in my fried rice was raw and big chunks of onion. Got the food home I wouldn't give it to my dogs. Very unhappy. And that was simply sweet and sour chicken and a couple of egg rolls. Not good at all

This use to be a good place for a quick bite. Unfortunately the food has suffered since then. The order of a fried egg roll that was literally cooked in front of me, after calling in a to go order, was like they used one from a week before and refried it! It was mush. No crunch not even the cabbage but mush! For the wonton soup , well the wontons same issue, mush and favor-less soup, even the pork was tasteless. Sorry to say but will have to find another place to eat. Avoid the quality is NOT there !

My husband and I took a road trip to FL. We were staying in Tampa and i wanted to try some Chinese food. Boy am I glad I stopped here. Hands down the best BBQ boneless ribs combo. The pork fried rice was flavorful, and the pork was chopped in thin pieces just how I love eating it and service was quick. I could eat that combo every day. It did not disappointment me.

I have been coming to China gate for about 9 yrs and their food has always been great ! I never had a problem with this place. Thank God ! As a matter of fact I'm sitting outside right now waiting for them to open so I can get one of my favorites... Shrimp with lobster sauce and fried rice ?????

They didn't give all the food I ordered. And when I talked to the manager there, he said to call another day. And at first he was accusing me of lying to them that I got all the food. But they didn't give me the combination special fried rice I ordered. Never ordering from there again

I get the Shrimp w/ mixed veg, the Beef and Broccoli and the house special lo mein. Always great flavor and big portions. The shrimp w/ veg has pleny of huge shrimp and the veg are cooked just right. The lo mein has lot's of pork and shrimp and the beef and brocolli is the the real deal.I love Egg rolls but none of the local take out places make them from scratch anymore. They're labor intensive and I guess for the price they charge, it's way more economical to get them frozen. They taste good, just mushy.I order here at least once per month..

As a transplant to Florida one thing that seems hard to find around here is good Chinese food. Tried China Gate based off the rating and I will say it’s a fair rating. Only Chinese food I’ve had that has come close to tasting like home. Obviously taste buds are subjective, but I definitely have no complaints about my order. Thank you China Gate.
