Their chinese ribs are ridiculously expensive (as is the rest of their menu) and are totally non-edible. They're so dry and overcooked, it's like jerky ribs. There was barely any chicken in my fried rice and their egg rolls were super tiny and also very dry. Never again even though it's right down the street.

The egg rolls are half the size!. Very very small! I was disappointed! There were no diet drinks at all in the whole store. They had boxes and boxes of regular soda, but no diet soda at all. Gordon China down the road is much better and has not changed the size or the amount of food they give

I lived in the Carrollwood/Citrus Park area for about 11 years and China Wok was always our go-to Chinese place. This isn't a restaurant where you would likely want to sit and eat although you can. They are best suited for take-out and delivery and they were always quite reliable and consistently good. Portions are good-sized and ingredients always fresh. China Wok was always sensitive to and delivered on special requirements- leaving out certain ingredients or adjusting recipes to meet taste or dietary needs.
If you live in the area, I highly recommend China Wok for take out and delivery as I found it was the best Chinese restaurant in the area.

After many years of being a China Wok customer, I’m done. They’ve had a steady decline in food quality and my order tonight (Roast Pork Chop Suey was full of uncooked vegetables and zero flavor. The Pork Fried Rice had no discernible pork). Everyone knows these strip mall Chinese restaurants are not authentic, these guy don’t even try to fake it anymore.
