I’m going to start off by saying this place is definitely not the cleanest at all there was a huge fly when I arrived and it didn’t smell pleasant I order orange chicken and rice with a side of shrimp lo mein there was a misunderstanding where it was supposed to be separate I am allergic to shrimp and they refused to separate it and offered me to pay for it to be separate my experience wasn’t good at all if I could I would give it a 0

Restaurant under new management. The food has gone down hill. The eggs rolls are so salty I feel like my insides are now preserved, crab ragoons are stale, and the beef lo mein is dry also everything tastes precooked and hours old.

I order a season chicken, white rice and extra sauce on the side. The chicken is dry, see the picture, not a drop on the broccoli and they charge a .52 cent service fee. I don’t like it when they charge .10 more for gas why not just raise your price.

If there was a zero option I'd rate it 0. I paid extra for lo mein and they gave me fried rice with nothing but dark brown rice in it. The General TSO chicken was all breading and the sauce tasted horrible Couldn't even find the chicken. Everything that was fried tasted like it had been cooked in rancid OLD oil. They gave us no napkins, soy sauce or sauces of any kind. NEVER AGAIN!!
I ordered a pepper steak with onions. The flavor was decent but the rice wasn't cooked all the way through, some grains were soft, some really hard. I also ordered extra beef at a cost and they just added extra onions and peppers.

The meat is very hard and black as you can see in the photo and it doesn't taste good at all. I don't recommend it here in Tampa, it's difficult to get good Chinese food.

I was wondering why this normally crowded takeout was empty and the answer is new owner and food subpar. Pleasant staff but quality all declined--eggrolls resemble frozen boxed eggrolls. My child wouldnt eat beef and brocolli. So have to find new place.
