I’ll start off by saying this has always been my least favorite location. Portions are always so small and they are always out of stuff. This time, I stood in line for 20 minutes while the guy that was supposed to be on the line was nowhere to be found. Ended up having a line of 20 people behind me until he finally showed back up. When he started making my bowl. Everything was empty on line. No steak, no queso, no quac. There was a man cutting up steak behind him but the guy had the audacity to say they are out of steak. I settled for the chicken. Get to the register and they couldn’t take my Chipotle app coupon for chips and queso because the guy hit the wrong button. Overall, I spent 45 min inside getting a bowl to go and ended up leaving with something I didn’t even want and paid more than I expected because the coupon was messed up. To top it all off, there were 4 other employees all standing there while nobody was making our bowls. They could have jumped on the line even if it wasn’t there job at the moment.

Granted I know it was around 1:30 busy hour but all the tables were dirty every single one. The guy making orders to go would make five orders and then bag them instead of bagging them as he went along holding back a line of people that are trying to do mobile deliveries. I understand that the customer in front of you get priority but not 10 of them over one of me. Along with many other in the South Tampa area need to get a control of their mobile side.

Not only that but they care more about their bottom line dollar then they care about service because they don't even have a real person to reply back to you on the review.

I should know because when I ran a shop I was the one replying to the reviews personally and making sure I fixed the issue here is an automated system that just goes ahead and tells you to go to their website so you can talk to them in private because they don't want the rest of the world to see what the issue is and how to resolve it.

Moe's is better never have I ever been soo upset.

Food was not fresh, they did have enough chicken so they try to give me the bottom burn not good service the card rider is old and takes like 5 min to charge your card

Had to wait 15 minutes after my pickup time, even though the app said it was ready the whole time. Guac on my bowl is BROWN, I had to scoop it out to make the food edible. Horrible place

I arrived just after they opened: tables were unwashed, floor unswept, the counter by the register dirty with bits of food, and the beverage station shmutzy and sticky. The lemonade dispensers were entirely empty. Yet they appeared to have a lot of staff present. Not sanitary

Chipotle on Dale Mabry at the 275 exit (by Target) is just better, better tasting food, nicer employees, shorter lines. My bowl here was just sad, cold meat, no Tabasco sauces, the soda machine was broken so when I ask for a refund on my soda the worker throws a baby fit. Drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Dale Mabry location. 👍

Cheese quesadilla, simple right. Put cheese in tortilla close cook boom. This girl had to have put the cheese on the aluminum foil because we got an empty hollow sad tortilla with NO CHEESE in it. Oh they also had no cups good luck with your dry mouth with that dry sorry tortilla sad excuse for a quesadilla. Seriously how do you mess up a quesadilla.

During lunch, one person running food counter, took over 20 minutes to order food. Food proceeded to not be worth the 20 minute wait. Overall, pretty poorly organized, manager probably shouldn’t be managing if this is their best efforts.

So they sat two employees by the bathroom to tell people they are not allowed to use the bathroom. Spent $35 on food here, are you really paying TWO!!! People hourly pay to NOT allow customers use the bathroom??! That’s a horrible way to manage business

On an incredibly busy Saturday night they had one poor soul working the food counter. He was swamped. Only after waiting in line 20 mins, did they call in reinforcements. The burrito was shabbily put together, the kids quesadillas were cooked so long they just turned into a pile of melted cheese stuck to the foil and the rice had so much lime in it you thought the Xtra lime rice. Also, the bathrooms were disgusting. By far the worst Chipotle experience I've had.

Genuinely the worst chipotle I have ever had. Make me sick twice. I have been to Chipotle so many times in so many different places. Guy was too lazy to get corn for me when it was clearly in the back also. I rarely write reviews. Please do not go here.

I live right off Bayshore so this is my closest chipotle. I’ve been coming here for 6 years, I think we can all agree that it’s been a bit disappointing for a while. I even wrote a negative review when the old staff was arguing with the health inspector.

Today I went in somewhat reluctantly and was complaining taken aback by the cleanliness and complete transformation of staff, the two ladies who were working the main counter and the mobile order counter at 2:15 on January 16th were some of the nicest, polite and everything else you can say nice about someone, from the man who was preparing the food to the man who was frying the chips was extremely professional and welcoming. The ladies seemed happy to be there and not in some mood like they just got over a conniption fit like this place was a couple years ago. From the way they spoke to not only me but also the way they spoke to the DoorDash drivers was the main reason I am writing this review.

There was no arguing about portions and no skimping of anything. It is so breathtaking to see people who actually care about what they do. I am delighted to say that my past review is completely obsolete and I will be taking it down. Best chipotle in the Tampa Bay Area and I will 100% be coming back and downloading that app.

20/10 if I could give 7 stars I would, god blees
