Ok so this place used to be good but recently it’s been terrible. Food serving area is very dirty. The options they give is almost child like and if you ask them to give you extra they hit you with the “That’ll be extra, is that ok?”. I’m not a fatty, but I’m 6 ft and weight almost 185 lbs, three pieces of meat is nothing to me. Furthermore, all the sauces seem watered down and the white rice has been crunchy (like it wasn’t cooked long enough). Also, I enjoy the occasional puff puff but some of the employees look too high to even be working. If you’re going to take a smoke break, take a couple of minutes to gather yourself together before you get back to work. Lastly, this place needs a manager. Not a 23 year old or 25 year old but an actual manager.

Management and employees don’t care about food quality nor customers. White rice was under cooked, chicken was super salty and employees were just careless. Employees flopping food into a bowl and passing it along to another employee. No customer service nor personality. Both food quality and employees need an overhaul. Don’t waste your money or calories on this location it’s horrible.

Super rude staff and tiny portions, if they are rude to you I recommend leaving food on the table or tossing it in the floor. At least until they change

Add 30 minutes to whatever your online order pickup time is. They will be out of at least one ingredient. Save yourself the headache and drive to the one 10 minutes down the road.

Absolutely the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. There’s a difference between being too busy and just pure laziness. I waited 30 minutes in line only to find out this would be the worst Chipotle meal I’ve ever had. Plain white and brown rice no cilantro, lime, or salt. The line looked absolutely disgusting. Meat was cold and signs of cross contamination everywhere. Nothing was filled and all the pans were dry and crusty. A sad empty pan of what was supposed to be Fajitas. There was full pans of meat just sitting behind the line on the table getting cold. They were using Daisy sour cream and just slopping it on everyone’s food! Guac was basically mashed avocados, no cilantro, onions, nothing. No lettuce. Salsa guy was also the cashier and was trying to keep up but couldn’t. I blame Management, woman wearing black hat doing absolutely nothing and has no common sense or courtesy for customers. Complete disregard for her line, employees, or basic surroundings. She should be embarrassed.

Ordered ahead for pickup and took more than 40 mins past the pickup time- staff was rude and no apologies were given to the crowd waiting for orders.

This is by far the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. The food portion is extremely small. Chips are soft, and chicken is overcooked. The cashier refused to give me a water cup because the place ran out of it?! I have never been to a Chipotle like this. Lastly, this place is dirty. Avoid this Chipotle if you can.

I love chipotle well should I say I use to love chipotle. My husband and I went to this location yesterday and to start it was shortly after the time of opening so we thought the food quality should be top tier. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant so we were good. We go up to the line and the brown rice appeared hard crunchy and burnt. So immediately I asked is there more brown rice about to come out. I was told no that's all we have. So my husband's response was is there some about to come out shortly? We were told No,(rudely) this is all we have. So of course our mindset set was umm "you just opened not long ago:. As we stand there in shock the to-go representative said he has done at his station. So we asked if we could have some of that. He said yes and a he was preparing the rice we asked if we could have a little extra on each bowl. The first guy gave a huff as if we were aggregating him, in fact he continued with this demeanor throughout fixing the bowls. Food was everywhere the place was a mess and we can see why with the way he was preparing the food. We go to pay and ask for chips. Once we sit down to eat (in our car - place was a mess) I went back inside to ask for a different bag of chips and the cashier just grabbed a bag handed me a new bag I asked eye they from the same batch she replied NO! and just to the old bag from me. No apologies or anything. When I returned to the car my husband told me the rice must've been in the same batch because the rice was hard and crunchy. I told him I'm afraid to take this back in there because of their attitude. I decided to just dump my food and not even bother. I went some place else to get food. By the way the new food were even more burned. It appears that the inconsistencies at chipotle is getting worse and worse. And most employees almost dare you to say something. So to avoid any incidents if rather just stay away. It's sad because I love the food. I've already sent an email to customer support

Chipotle is so disappointing now. Both the one on Howard and the one on Gandy. Poorly run, staff apathetic, always out of everything. No ice or Diet Coke tonight, usually out of chips, tables dirty, trash overflowing. It has been like this the last few times I’ve gone. I will not be returning.
