We have been a regular at this place and we loved visiting it. Whether be it lunch or dinner its our go to place. For the people who are new this place is a saviour. Only one thing when we ask for extra rice they are little reluctant about it so if that can be improved that would be really wonderful.

Don't know if I came on the wrong day but my burrito has ABSOLUTELY no flavor whatsoever!!! My rice was bland, the pinto beans taste like they were just poured from the can, the pork had no seasoning at all. The only thing that had flavor was the tortilla and the cheese

Employees are all over. The place. The manager is on facetime, with whoever.Packaging orders didn't want to take people's orders.Harshly told the cashier to stay up front as she was stocking up the drink station. Granted, I get it aces in your places.But when you are about to close, doing pre closes task you as a manager, should be able to step in and help when your employees are doing another task. Food horrible 😫 paid $37 poor quality. Charged double for double meat didnt get double the meat. Night time food is trash compared to lunch time. Don't waste your time or money

These workers seem like they don’t even wanna work… lazy on cell phones ignoring customers at the counter trying to place orders.. I ask for Double rice i get the teeth sucking eye roll.. i ask for a little more sour cream i get more teeth sucking eye rolls like bro if you don’t wanna work here just QUIT!!!

I got a guac looks so dark and it was mixed with cheese which I had to throw away, not fresh at al, keep seeing reviews how badly customers are being treated. This will be my last time coming here. I’m a good paying customer not receiving what my money is paying for.

Just tested getting the same bowl from the other 2 chipotle’s on Dale Mabry and i can confirm the bad reviews on this location are true! The quality. Size and service is bad at this location. Will not be using this one even though its the closest to me
