I want to report an unsanitary incident I witnessed. The employee picked up vegetables that had fallen onto the counter and, along with the dirt and debris on the surface, placed them back into the food. This is unacceptable food‑handling practice and raises serious health concerns.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We had a horrible experience at this location. They had a promotion going on Dec 13th and it doesn’t state you have to separate the orders to get the free entree when you a buy burrito. My daughter was so upset and furious because the employees were very rude and unpleasant. They didn’t want to serve anyone there. My daughter was on the side of the counter trying to show the cashier the website and what it say she acted like she didn’t understand. She also told my daughter she could be on the side of the counter and she got into my daughter personal space almost putting her hands on my daughter trying to push her out of the way because my daughter didn’t know she couldn’t be on the side. You can not come into a customer personal space. We will not be back.

This location refuses to answer the telephone during business hours. I understand they get busy, but I've been trying for hours. Their disregard for customer service will force me to make a trip to this location for an issue that can be settled over the phone in 30 seconds. It will be the last trip I take to this store. Management reflects service. Won't be visiting again.

I always go to this location because is really close to my job, but every time gets harder and really disappointing. The portion sizes get noticeably smaller every time I go there, I barely get any protein, even though I ordered the same thing I always do. When I politely asked about it, the staff seemed uninterested and dismissive instead of trying to help.
For the price, I expect a fair portion and at least decent customer service, but unfortunately, this location keeps falling short on both. I am not impressed with the rating and reviews this location already has. I won’t be returning to this branch anytime soon.

Amazing manager. Has a issue at another store had to call corp and still had a issue. She not only solves my issue but but it genuinely.. def recommend this location. 1000stars.. I believe her name was Julie(blonde hair/ super sweet. She gave me a business card but it got wet.

This is my favorite location is the area because food quality is great and consistent all the time. But Please Management check your staffing URGENTLY A great meal becomes the worst experience by having staffing bother to serve. Brown Guy Curly hair serving today tuesday 7 PM. Not only to me but also with other customers he looked bothered to be there and mad at people, if he doesn’t wanna be there he should leave and look another job that does not deal with people. Asked him a question and barely wanted to respond. Sad to see great location with bad staff and service. The rest is good!

We have been a regular at this place and we loved visiting it. Whether be it lunch or dinner its our go to place. For the people who are new this place is a saviour. Only one thing when we ask for extra rice they are little reluctant about it so if that can be improved that would be really wonderful.

Don't know if I came on the wrong day but my burrito has ABSOLUTELY no flavor whatsoever!!! My rice was bland, the pinto beans taste like they were just poured from the can, the pork had no seasoning at all. The only thing that had flavor was the tortilla and the cheese
