i will go out of my way to never go to this chipotle again. HORRIBLE, Unwelcoming, hostile, condescending staff that treats customers like trash. makes the experience beyond uncomfortable. if you’re wondering why you ratings and sales are dropping THIS IS WHY.

Yo this Chipotle is just a few months old and it’s already terrible. No forks and crazy dirty soda station. The young staff can’t care less about service. They literally ran out of cheese. CHEESE?! You can tell management can’t care less about the location and do the bare minimum to keep the location respectable. 2 stars because I like chipotle overall but this location is terrible.

The employee that was working the drive through was extremely rude. When he opened the window he just stood there for a few seconds looking at me, he finally mumbled something under his breath. I’m assuming he asked for my name so I just told him my name. I tried telling him I had two separate orders under the same name but he just closed the window after I informed him of my name. When he came back he only had one bag which contained my bowl, I asked him if the guac was inside the bag in which he said “ yea”.He saw me trying to open the bag to double check but he just closed the window and walked off. After confirming my Guac was NOT in the bag, I sat there for about 5-6 minutes as he never came back to the window. I drove around and parked my car, entered the restaurant and he’s just standing at the front counter. I asked him why he left me at the window without even coming back to check on me, he stated he was “ helping customers” I guess I wasn’t a customer he was helping at the window??!!!. I sternly voiced my frustrations to him and asked another employee to assist with getting my guac and chips in which they did. This is the second day in the row at this chipotle. Yesterday 4/5, I picked up my order to only find out when I got home that I had a Sofrita bowl and not a chicken bowl like I ordered. The lady at the window was more polite then what I experienced today but again, they just open the window and stand there like we are bothering them or they are waiting for us to greet them??! Today I come back for my replacement meal and I got the honor to deal with below average customer service, yay me! Do better Chipotle!!

This store needs a whole new staff at night. Honestly this is pretty embarrassing you let these kids run this store the way they are running it. Won't be coming back until that's fixed. Messed my order up in front of me twice food all over the counter sloppy food wasn't even prepared or served right burritos are cold had to ask them to make the tacos again. He'll even one of the staff openly complaining about more ppl coming in again at night like the night before. Start iver this is a mess.
It's a hit or miss what type of quality of food or service you will get. You will actually find this out quickly when you enter the store because the first person to make your food is frowning or looking sad. You almost just want to turn around because you feel you did something.Then I caught an employee raking old food from the counter top back in the dish with new food in it. This completely threw me off. I told her and the manager, they were nice to get an entire new pan of corn but I will never trust this again, how often are they doing this?I will never go back here again

The employees at this location work as if their boss is always watching. Every single one of them are working hard at something even know I was the only customer in the place. I wish the one lady looked like she enjoyed being here but either then that the food was fantastic! Definitely staying at this location.
