Ordered almost $1300 worth of food, someone called less than a HOUR before our food is suppose to be here to say they have no black beans?? So we’ll have to take pinto. Our order was suppose to be here between 11:30-11:45, it’s 12:08 and our delivery driver is still at the store waiting on the food. That’s unacceptable. I would not order here for your corporate catering and we will not be using them any longer. Also; I called 4+ times to speak to someone about the issue and kept getting disconnected, no one called back, I finally spoke to someone , got transferred multiple times. Just complete breakdown in good customer service and poor management at the store

Decent atmosphere overall , most of the time you walk in ,wait in line and get your food.This is supposed to be Mexican food and they charge extra for Guacamole up o $3+ fo a small container of it, they let it sit there till it becomes brown in color and don’t care to have fresh ingredients at the bar most of the time. Lobby was dirty but food was alright as good as it can be for a fast food restaurant

One of the Best Chipotle locations. The shift right now (03/12/26 3:00pm) wow incredible... excellent.. crispy and light tortilla chips, delicious salsa, my burrito bowl with carnitas delicious!!! The water melón limeade simply amazing!

Had a great experience for one big reason, the manager Tony. As I waited in line, I couldn’t help but notice how he interacted with customers and staff. Resolving issues with ease. There’s some people who just have it, and he does. I don’t know him, seriously, but Chipotle, PAY ATTENTION. Tony, you are doing great, kid.

By far worst location I ever been to. Employees were incompetent, acted like they were stoned and couldn’t take basic requests. Half scoop of chicken for a burrito, asked for more and got billed for double chicken. Asked me if I wanted a bag for my food and then blank stared at me for a whole 60 seconds, expecting me to grab it and bag my own food. Asked for two drinks, brought out two cups and asked me “are you sure you want two” and put one back after charging me for it. I was so pissed I just walked out.

Been smashing chipotle bowls for years. This is the only location where I’ve ever seen employees stop making food over 2 hours before closing and just standing there hanging out with a line of people waiting to order. Items they claimed to be out of (stopped making): - steak - chicken - queso - lettuce?? - pico - medium
This was about 10PM, 2 hours before scheduled to close. I asked the woman at the counter if this was normal to be out of almost everything all at once, and she nodded her head to point at the 3 guys hanging out in a group doing nothing by the cooking stations.
This was 1 girl trying to serve the food, check out the customers, she place the uber orders.
Also if you notice there’s a ton of negative reviews about this location doing this
Person behind the counter acted like I ruined their evening when I asked for white rice because he had to go grab some more. Asked for salsa verde. He put salsa rojo on, didn't want to ruin his night anymore so I didn't say anything. Cashier asked if we wanted anything else and we said chips and a drink, proceeded to not give us the chips or a cup until we asked again. Also ice machine broken so you can't get any ice.
