Unfortunately I tend to visit this location because is the closest one to home. Today 11/28/25 Black Friday we came to eat and the woman at the register looked at me like I owe her money, I ordered 2 regular drinks and she quickly told me that there was NO ICE, so warm drinks with no soda, AMAZING I hope they do something with this because is disrespectful to customers.

To be honest I had a terrible service from the boy who was on November 13 in the morning as a cashier, every time I come that boy is rude and has a very bad attitude with people, you literally say something to him and he yells at you, he looks at you with a bad face, it is not the first time that the boy is rude, this has happened many times

I went to this chipotle at approximately 8pm on 10/7 and the one girl working was phenomenal! You could tell she’s an excellent leader and was working at an efficient pace.

First you might notice the wet homeless man exiting the bathroom after 40 minutes inside. But the staff is truly very nice and friendly. My only qualms (besides people bathing) is the portion sizes here. It’s almost as if they are getting that extra nickel in their paycheck and they know it! Check out the amount of vinaigrette you get with your salad! And sadly my chicken was very burnt the other day but they remade the bowl. (I wish they just noticed the charcoal briquettes as they scooped)
