Visited last night with a friend, absolutely delicious. This tends to be standard for Chipotle, but I have been so other locations across the Country where the portions are limited. I love the corn salsa and am used to around a 1/4 cup serving so I asked for double corn salsa and actually had to tell him, no that’s enough. A 10/10 is not enough, beyond generous on proportions.

Chipotle has become a joke! Ordered a bowl the other day, got past the meat section and then was told they were out of BOTH type of beans. That is bad, but I can live with it. Get to the extras section and found out that they were out of cheese and corn salsa! This is just crazy! I wanted to just leave, but I didn't want to have them waste food. If they are out of so much stuff, maybe they should have a sign at the FRONT of the line so people don't' waste their time and learn toward the end of their order!!! This location is also totally messy and dirty with the grill covered in old cooked proteins and dropped food everywhere. If I would have noticed this earlier, I would have left at that point too. Obviously the staff and management don't care about this location. The female staff person was nice enough, but I could tell she didn't care to be there. We all have bad days - I guess.

This will be my last visit here and Chipotle is getting ready to be on my banned forever list.

So unfortunately I had the worst experience ever here at this Chipotle. I have never had a bad experience at a Chipotle. When making the burrito, the new employee only put less than half a scoop of chicken. I asked for the other half of the scoop and she put about 1/4 of a scoop. I was satisfied enough but when I went to pay they charged me for double meat. Unfortunately I definitely did not get double meat. I asked Edward, the manager at that location, what was going on. He said that he couldn’t do anything about it and if I wanted to pay the double meat charge then I could get the burrito. I said I definitely wasn’t going to pay for something I didn’t receive. He aggressively threw the burrito in the trash and said I could get back in line if I wanted to. I ended up getting food for my upset son somewhere else in the food court. Beware of very poor customer service I felt compelled to leave this review…especially for others that might visit this location in the future.

They were giving me half scoops for rice,beans, protein. Food was good quality but I feel like I got ripped off for the amount of food that is usually served at Chipotle restaurants

This Chipotle delivers the expected service and food I love here at the Mall food court. Today I choose burrito with no rice, half black beans half pinto beans. I never can decide between Barbacoa and carnitas so I do another half and half. Topped with additional charge for guacamole.
I also decided that I want queso and chips for home and passed on the Fresca teas.
I chose to sit at a high top inside with charge ports. The noise level is medium and still easy to converse.
They also have indoor accessible tables and lounge areas and covered outdoor accessible tables
Right next to food court are family restrooms, accessible mens and women's restrooms with dedicated stalls and 2 grab bars.
Van accessible free parking in mall parking lot.

This Chipotle offers the same great Chipotle food and I built my own burrito. I skip rice then make up for by asking for both pinto and black beans. I like carnitas and barbacoa so I do 50-50 on that too. Always good for some great add-on guacamole. 🥑 I have to grab chips and queso to take home Quick service here today. I chose to eat in the indoor seating area at a high top with charge ports. They also offer accessible low tables some with charge ports, Lounge areas, and covered outdoor tables Family restroom, accessible mens and accessible women's restrooms are right next to food court Free van accessible parking in mall parking lot

No mobile ordering, yet you can redeem and earn points. The service was fast. Vegetables and chips were fresh. The special seasonsl items were available. Quick service for a food court!

The food was the worst I’ve ever had from a chipotle. The rice wasn’t cooked and was crunchy. The chicken was seasoned at in in some spots and then I bit into other pieces and about have a heart attack from the pure salt chunks literal chunks of salt in the chicken. Then my chicken isn’t even hot like it’s been sitting three in the tray for an hour and half. The employee just ignore you I tried talking to 2 of the employees working the line 2 guys and they just completely ignored me entirely. If they are working there again I won’t be back because of bad service and poor quality food that came from their grill. I used to work at a chipotle back in the day and this was absolutely horrible.

Had Chipotle for the first time in years at this location and while the food itself was okay the customer service was the worst I have experienced. Both the woman serving the food and the cashier had terrible attitudes and were rolling their eyes like me ordering was an inconvenience for them. Save your time and eat at the chik fil a next door like I should have.

Staff looked very unhappy from first appearance. Food was a mess behind the counter. Lastly we did a to go and the forgot to give our chips. I wouldn’t recommend going.
