I was the first customer in the door when they openedā¦ and the bathroom was disgustingā¦ What kind of a restaurant doesnāt have cleaning the bathroom on their pre-opening checklistā¦ If they donāt even have enough pride in their business to keep the bathroom clean then they definitely donāt keep the kitchen clean eitherā¦ I wonāt be back

I am from the west coast and this Chipotle was unlike any I have had in Oregon, California, Washington, Arizona , New York etc. The veggies didnāt look fresh and they were out of guacamole and corn salsa.
The restaurant was not nearly as nice as any other I have been to. :(
Management needs to step up.

I watched an employee use a dirty towel to wipe off the food thermometer as she took the temperature of the food. She wipes the thermometer every time with the towel as she sticks it each pan of food. I've done food service over 30 yrs and know that's not how it should be done. Plus, ppl with long hair while working should wear a hairnet when dealing with food. Plus, if you are cleaning an area with a dirty towel, don't put it down, then try to serve me my food with the same gloves on.

Still seeing German roaches behind the sneeze guard 8 inches from the food saw one crawling across the side of a eating table - thereās no ice thereās no utensils other than a knife rice was soggy I waited 12 min after my food was made because the machine need recipe paper every table has food on it the front door handle looks like itās never been cleaned the windows are the only clean thing in the restaurant. This is the second time Iāve seen German roaches behind the food counter and the last time I was here was 7 months ago- everyone has a nasty look on there face and the air is heavy in this place ! Yuck !

Not sure of the name of the older lady who was working the line today 12/23 around 12:30pm, but she had zero customer service skills. I ordered extra sour cream on my burrito and was met with her throwing a tantrum stating ānot to order extra sour cream next time because she couldnāt wrap the burritoā I mean Iām going to order what I want and she shouldnāt be working there if sheās going to throw a fit over doing her job.

Lady named Jiselle works there, super rude. Called to ask to add a side of vinaigrette and she put the phone down and never answered back. Tried calling back 3 times and NO answer. @chipotle add option on uber eats to get side of vinaigrette.
