Nothing stood out about this place. Was not busy when I came here on my lunch. It did not take long to get the food but the other meat options look dried out. Employees were nice but wouldn't hurt to smile.

Whoever made the guacamole today 09/30/25 please fire them now. It so salty omg I got a headache instantly this is horrible I threw it out my lunch completely ruined. Please do better in picking who makes certain things in the kitchen thanks in advance!!!!!

For fast food, this is one of the best places. They offer great serving sizes for the money. Service has always been friendly. They even, when you ask them to change gloves, ask if you have an allergy and let the rest of the team know. Love their sofritas as my go to vegetarian option! I only rate the atmosphere as a 3 star, because it is, after all, a fast food place.

Chiptole is usually solid but staff here a few were have an attitude one was getting angry and they had a poor coordination on restocking ingredients. Probably stems from the bad attitude

Should have listened to the other reviews but decided to walk in and give it a try. There were only 3 employees visible, all looking miserable. The young man who was serving the food also worked the cash register and was sweeping in between one customer and the other - all with the same pair of gloves! Then went right back to serving the next customer, touching the bare tortilla with the same dirty gloves. After seeing this and seeing the flies buzzing around the meat, we walked right out. Disgusting.

This Chipotle has easily one of the WORST lunch crews. Everyone is so Nonchalant and look miserable. Mind you I come here once or twice a week and it’s always the exact same thing. This place needs new management. Wouldn’t recommend for lunch time.

I was paying and trying to use my rewards, Lucinda was not trained well as she rang me for guacamole which I clearly had enough rewards point to get a free guacamole, now I have not rewards points and had to pay for the guac. Chips were overly salted. This Chipotle is not ran well... Poor management. Tampa suck!
