Disappointing Experience: Unprofessional Staff and ManagementI've been a regular customer at this Chipotle location for the past 8 weeks, ordering online almost every day. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the professionalism of the staff and management.Upon arriving to pick up my order, I was met with laughter from several employees when I asked for my order. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, three of them ran to the back of the restaurant, leaving me waiting for several minutes. Overhearing them admitting they had given my order to someone else only added to the frustration.When I finally asked for the manager, the response was lackluster. Despite my order being misplaced and the inconvenience caused, the manager refused to offer a refund, claiming it wasn't possible. Even when asked to remake my order, it was clear he was reluctant to do so.Deciding to give it another shot, I returned a few minutes later, only to be met with further disregard for customer service. Not only was I told they were out of chicken for my bowl, but the manager blatantly ignored my requests for assistance, even when I suggested remaking the chicken.The final straw came when, in front of other customers and staff, the manager told me to "take it up with corporate" when I asked about my options for resolving the situation.As someone with a background in hospitality, I'm appalled by the lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills displayed by the staff and management of this Chipotle location. i love chipotle as a franchise but this specific location was dirty, the employees are ignorant and the service was very poor. i had asked for a burrito and the guy hardly wrapped it and everything fell out. i dont care about the food, but attentiveness is something that NEEDS to be worked on at this location.
Everything is dirty, they serve you very little and the bathrooms don't even mention how dirty they were, the food is cold and looks old, the worst Chipotle I've ever known in

Just go to the Dale mabry location it’s not worth it to go here. They’re always out of everything even in the middle of their lunch rush, dinner, doesn’t matter. They give you tiny portions compared to every other chipotle, and the service sucks. Definitely don’t mobile order here either or you will be missing
