The guy who works at this location with the brown sort of red beard and glasses was basically running the whole place he made my food perfectly and checked me out no other employees were helping get this guy a raise

The food was good here today but the young female employee at the register was so rude. She didn’t speak to me when checking out and when she was wiping tables down she rolled her eyes at my two year old because she accidentally spilled like two chips on the floor. Unprofessional and terrible customer service.

Terrible dining experience — would not recommend this location!
I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this location, I come to this location a few times and year and it’s always some unpleasant here compared to other area Chipotles. The food was low quality — overcooked, not fresh looking, and dried out, bins were all nearly empty at noon which should be the opposite for this time of day before the lunch rush. The environment was unbelievably loud, with music blasting like a nightclub instead of a restaurant. It was impossible to have a normal conversation and enjoy a lunch break.
To make things worse, they didn’t even have proper utensils — no forks were available, which made eating the meal frustrating. When I tried to ask the staff for help, they couldn’t seem to understand what I was saying or offer any solution.
Overall, it was chaotic, unpleasant, and had to eat in my car after I got a fork from gas station next door. I definitely expect better, poor management and leadership to not see these basic things.
Definitely won’t be coming back to this location again.

I’m writing to share my disappointing experience at the Gandy Tampa Chipotle. The wait time was over 20 minutes, and to make matters worse, the restaurant ran out of both pico and cheese. When the employee at the line realized they were out, he took an extremely long time to address it and didn’t communicate with customers who were waiting.
When I asked if I could get pico from the to-go side, I was told no — even though I watched him do exactly that for two customers right before me. I don’t want to assume the worst, but it was hard not to feel singled out when the other two gentlemen were white.
I visit this Chipotle often, but this experience left me very disappointed. If I see that same employee at the register again, I’ll walk out just like I did this time. Please make sure your staff receive proper customer service training and are reminded to treat all customers fairly and respectfully.

Chipotle is my favorite fast food. I rarely go this location (I have been here maybe 4 other times) and there is always something that is not right. Today, they didn’t have the mild sauce and I was not even warned about it until I got to that station. I asked how long it will take and they declined to answer ( I was willing to wait), then they said 30 minutes at least. Not even an apology. I paid for my meal but I gave it away to a homeless person. Very disappointed at their customer service from this location that is damaging the brand.

Not sure what happened here because before the bowls were much better. I hate leaving one star reviews. But I’ve complained numerous times on the chipotle app and gotten no response at all. If I place a pick up order, I get the most pathetic bowl you’ve ever seen.
People eat chipotle for the vinaigrette. If you’re out of it put a sign. If you don’t have it, give me something else and I shouldn’t have to pay. It’s not that hard. Keep your your stuff in stock or let people know before they pay. 10/20 @ 1:26. Whoever that dude is that was working the register can kick rocks.

Back to back orders, chicken was not included.First day 40 mins delay for the online order and the chicken was not included in two bowls. Second order next day, chicken was not included in one bowl - only rice with beans in the bowl.

Was hastily rushed by aggressive by staff member (teen) and scared to come back again and be faced with such a menacing person serving my bowl. Will most likely make my own chipotle where I don’t have to risk being assaulted.

Every time I come to this Chipotle, it’s the same issue. The service is extremely slow, and the same employee (Shardae) always seems irritated and unfriendly. She was preparing multiple customers’ bowls at once instead of finishing one at a time, mine sat out getting cold while she worked on others.
By the time I finally got my food, it wasn’t even warm. They were also out of sauces , and when I asked about it, her attitude made it seem like it was a problem that I even asked.
This location is consistently disappointing, I don’t plan on returning & the customer service is HORRIBLE.
