When making online orders there is not an option for us to edit an item like add more rice or light beans etc. then I call the store to update my order that way and you guys have a robot that takes over??! Huh? Very unprofessional and giving lazy!I I had no way to contact the store and speak to somebody about my order and ya lil robot don’t understand what is being said, so ya need to fix it! Also who is two little scoops of rice feeding? Lazyy and js trynna get the job done.

I feel bad for the employees here. It is obvious they are consistency understaffed. Everyone is working hard, but the place just gets slammed with customers every day. With prices rising, I'm cutting back on my Chipotle visits.

I have tried so hard to be patient with this location because it is only a minute from my house and I absolutely LOVE chipotle — like I’ve been eating here once 2009 almost religiously. I was so excited they were building one right near me.
This location is CONSTANTLY screwing up orders, the employees are rude and cussing behind the counter in front of customers, and overall even if you order on the app something is bound to be wrong or the order will be 10 minutes late.
Today they overcharged me by over $3 for something that should have been included, and I even TOLD the lady at the counter I know how much this costs and that ain’t it. I paid it just to gtfo and proceeded to go online to chipotle’s website to give feedback, but it really annoys me that in this economy I got charged $8 for something that should have only cost $5. I’m just so over this location.
CORPORATE — please TRAIN these people and get this location in check!! You’re losing lots of money over here!

I go to chipotle a decent bit and the last few months I’ve seen a decline in food quality and cleanliness of the restaurant while experiencing an increase in price. I always get chicken but when I came in they were out, I reluctantly got brisket and decided to get a scoop of steak as well. The total for the bowl was $20.54 granted I passed on the guac and queso. The steak and brisket were average at best. Lastly there was no silverware or napkins stocked up and the tables were covered in lettuce and cheese

This place is filthy. Saw employees wiping dirty counter with gloves they serve with. Food is everywhere mixed and on counter smeared. So repulsed I walked out. Staff are super unfriendly though a few are nice. It's the only Chipotle in South Tampa so it's constantly overcrowded. Chipotle Corporate needs to do a revamp ASAP.

DO NOT EAT HERE. My six year old son and I received food poisoning from this location yesterday. We ordered meals with chicken. Chipotle - FIX YOUR CLEANLINESS PRACTICES.
Never again will I eat here. I came in sorta late however they still had more than an hour to go before closing time. As I walk in another lady who was standing in line to order as I approached was leaving with no food and I soon learned why. I walk up to place my order and no one acknowledges me. There is one guy on the serving line and he is busy preparing a to go order. He does everything to avoid eye contact as opposed to greeting me. Another guy comes from the back and directs another worker to the line. This guy begins to work a to go order and doesn't acknowledge me. I finally say Hellooooo!! He looks up, says sorry and continues to prepare the order. Unbelievable!! I decided to just leave. After working a 12 hr day, I just wanted some food but I refuse to patronize a business that treats their customers that way. Also most locations prep to go orders in the back so that the front line is reserved for in store guests. I'll eat at WaWa before I go back to this location!

Whoever made my burrito at 8pm today for pick up, that was the best burrito i have ever had at chipotle lol. Thanks for hooking it up with the nice portion!
