I’m honestly disappointed with this Chipotle location. The wait times are ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if there are two people in line or ten — it somehow takes forever. The staff moves at a painfully slow pace, and instead of being welcoming or attentive, they act irritated when you ask for anything.
By the time you actually get your food, you’re annoyed, they’re annoyed, and the whole experience feels stressful and rushed. I love Chipotle, but this location seriously needs new management, better training, and a major improvement in how they treat customers.

I have never been to a chipotle that looked the way this one do to save the paragraph I walked in and walked out lost my entire appetite ( not clean at all food wasn’t pleasing to the eye everything look old and dry )

I just had the rudest interaction with a guy that rather flirt with the employee for 10 minutes why a whole line builds and I'm proceeds to give quarter scoops of everything and refusing to anything and trying to charge me double so stay away from this place their food quality sucks they failed health inspection three different times over the last two years so watch out

First time at this chipotle location, usually go to a different one. As soon as I got to the counter the employee while putting his gloves on wanted to know everything I was gonna have on my bowl I was hesitant to tell him since I felt extremely rushed and wanted him to acknowledge and remember what I’m gonna say for my order. I told him white rice extra rice and he kept asking about beans and meat before he even had the bowl pulled out. Then he gives me less than the standard amount of rice. I’m not even gonna mention the portions on the fajita veggies since there wasn’t much there. But there was plenty of rice and dude barely put any in my bowl when I asked for extra, before I could say anything he already put everything else in my bowl and sent it down the line. I feel extremely rushed when there was a very small line behind me.

So why is it every time I have to ask them to put more protein. Not double. Just more. They try to fill you up with rice and beans and put bare minimum on protein. For 15-20$ a bowl that’s kind of annoying.

If you’re on a diet or trying to lose weight, this is your Chipotle. If you’re hungry and craving Chipotle, this is NOT your Chipotle. You’ll notice how incredibly stingy they are with their portions. They measure everything as if you were a toddler: a tiny bit of rice, a tiny bit of beans and …surprise surprise: I asked for veggies and the guy reached for 2 little slices of bell peppers. I had never seen this at any other Chipotle. Some franchise owners do this to increase profit and think customers won’t notice, but I did, and you will too. If one of the reasons you love Chipotle is the generous portions, do yourself a favor and go to a different Chipotle.
Their portions are always different, they never have a standard portion and usually they give you way less when you order online. They also change their seasonings because I always get the same bowl every time and it’s not a spicy order, however, unfortunately the last bowl I had it was extremely spicy to the point where I could not even taste the flavor of the food and I didn’t even know what was spicy because it was the same meal I always get, disappointed to say the less. Wasted money.
