Rude service when asked if they made the quesadilla hack. Had to “school “ me on app only order. Many Chipotle locations do it without the app and I was told they were wrong. Ordered guacamole and chips and a drink instead, server very frustrated we didn’t order something more. Then the Soda machine was not working. Ice tea bitter and old.

I ordered a burrito , Rice undercooked , scared to give u a great portion of food , employees have an attitude . I had to ask the lady for more chicken because she only gave me half the spoon full , and she gave me only two pieces extra of chicken . Never again .

I used to come here all the time and the quality of the food has gone downhill. The last times I went, the white rice was salty and or undercooked. Haven’t been there in a while and I went today and the brown rice was undercooked, the chicken was on the salty side, the corn which typically has a little sweetness to it was salty. It was busy and they rushed to make my bowl twice, adding ingredients that I didn’t ask for instead of waiting for me to finish rather than assuming or asking again if they didn’t hear me. The register restarted and I was asked to pay with a card and not cash when the pin pad restarted out of no where in the middle of the rush…it was about 8pm on a Wednesday. I think I’m done trying and determined their service and food sucks, never have any issue at any other chipotle so I won’t be doing business with this location.

Not my worst experience at a restaurant but one of the worst experiences at a Chipotle. Bathroom smelled and had no towels. Soda machine was washed/flat, tables dirty, and some of the employees seemed to be clueless. Overall pretty sad for Chipotle standards

The mediocre food will never be enough to justify the sheer chaos on walking in the door. No one has it together, including the customers. It's an experience, I guess, but the only thing I truly love is that red pepper salsa and I feel like I have to sell an organ to get a decent sized amount. They forgot a bunch of stuff on my order and I know I'm not alone because my order took so long since several people kept slipping up to get corrections or ask for a manager. No, I think I'm good, Tijuana Flats is right down the street and there's at least half a dozen taquerias within a mile.

On Saturday my kids offered to pick up meals and come visit us to see my mom who's recovering from surgery. They began the orders with rice, then noticed there were NO beans, none, the restaurant was out. With two of the four meals being vegetarian we really wanted the beans. Then the surly server resisted adding the pepper mix into all the bowls. After her coworker repeatedly sent the bowls back her way, he just did it himself. The featured chicken was also unavailable for one bowl. The tops of the bowls were poorly fastened and food dripped through the bags tearing them. Once we ate, what we got was delicious. BUT this was not the Chipotle experience we are accustomed to.

Placed a group order from nearby hospital and paid online for pick up at this location. All lids for bowls were switched around (2 w/o names) but we dug through each and figured it out. A small side of queso was not received as well. I was planning to let it slide until I came by for an in person order and let them know about the queso. Add insult to injury, I was being questioned about an ounce of queso. The kid threw the queso in the bag with the rest of my order and told cashier she doesn't have a receipt for the queso. Mgmt, please remind your staff regarding their tone, body language and overall communication w customers. A little bit of common sense is also necessary and goes a far way especially over an ounce of cheese. Smh.

I bought 6 burritos and they all came out bad, we found parts with too much salt and we don't know if it was in the rice or the chicken, we all had to throw them in the trash, how bad ??? my children liked

Every time I order online it seems like they put half the amount of meat. Both my friend and I have experienced this multiple times. It’s better to just go in person and wait in line. Half the time the rice is still hard when they serve it too. I’ve been multiple times to eat in the store and the tables are always dirty and trash full to the brim while there’s more than 5 workers behind the register. Needs better management overall.

Did an online order and ordered a steak bowl with just rice, black beans and steak. First thing was the steak was nothing but fat couldn't eat none of the steak ordered extra rice and extra beans. Definitely didn't receive that so needless to say, chipotle is already overpriced and I had to pay $16.79 For my order for delivery and I didn't even eat it. Definitely a waste of money.

Staff did not seem like they wanted to be there , when I walked in they were all huddled in the back and displeased looks were on their faces as if I ruined their day. Service was poor besides the young lady that actually worked the register. The guy that made my food definitely seemed like he didn't want to be there. This is the kind of staff we get rid of at my store. If you don’t wanna be there find another job.
