Too long to deliver an order

Can’t order your meal like how you want to. Horrible service. Manager refused to make my order how I wanted even though I would pay for it accordingly.

Location is poorly managed. It's always dirty. They're always out of food, even during slow times. Staff stands around on the phone or socializing rather than clean up the store front. Trash is always overflowing. Horrible customer service

ordered a quesadilla on the app for pick up when opening my bag i came to realize they didn’t even press my quesadilla it was just a tortilla wrapped up with warm chicken and cold cheese inside when i asked for them to remake it then then took 30 minutes and gave me attitude

Asked what I would like, told Brisket Burrito. Asked what I would like on it. Told her. Asked what protein i wanted, told again Brisket. Told, we're out of brisket. What else would you like. Lol. Omg I wish I had videoed this. Hilarious experience. Went to Mission Bell. They asked me what I wanted and told brisket. Got brisket. Lol.

I am 41 years old, I applied several times and they denied my application why they say I am 16 years old when in reality I am 41, they asked me for my phone number and they never called me to even explain, and the food is always cold

I have been going to this location for last 15+ years.
I have 2 chipotles within a mile. And been going to this one, even though its over three miles. Very consistent food. The portions are amazing. Customer service is beyond good. "Leo" who has been working there for a few years is just a pleasure to deal with. I thought he was a manager. But he aint. DANG! Thinking of stealing him for my company. Good hard working folks are so hard to find these days.

I put in an online order to pick up. I went to the counter at the exact time it was supposed to be ready and they said it wasn’t yet. 11 minutes later they come over and tell me they’re out of white rice.. I was like okay brown rice is fine. Like 3 minutes later, “we’re out of steak too” okay fine just use the chicken. Finally get the order 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and I go home. Get home about 5 minutes later and start eating it. Chicken tasted super old and something tasted so off and bitter, I know it wasn’t just because I didn’t like it bcs I get the same exact order every time. First time I’ve been to this location and it was not very great. They weren’t even about to close super soon so why were they out of main items and why is that just acceptable of a business. I don’t normally leave reviews lol but it was kinda awful tonight

The women at the food making station literally wiped the table with her gloves and threw the rice back into the rice container. She used the same gloves to make my tortillas. It was disgusting. I got stomach problems after eating there today.

The food taste isn’t the issue, the issue is when you are paying 40 dollars on 2 meals for two and you get 1 meal worth of food all together! This is sad! And if you ask for a little more the charge. Chipotle is not worth your money any more. Go somewhere else or make it a home.
