I ordered a steak bowl with large guac and chips. The cashier went to the back to get a bag of chips. I get home and I ate a couple of chips. The bag is full of salt. Who does that? Why? Because I’m black!!! I never had this happen to before at this location. This is sick 🤢 what if I had high blood pressure? It’s clear that some of your employees are dangerous people. Very sick.

the food is usually good but there is one employee at the dale mabry restaurant who is very rude. im not sure of her name but she is white and works the cash register . she never acknowledges me and just rudely hands me my food like its a huge problem. also one time she put her hands in this nasty bucket of water before handing me my food. usually everyone at this location is nice but i don’t know what this lady’s problem is. please fire her.

Previously ordered from this store and the chips were oversalted and the salsa was too spicy. Don't even bother to do doordash here they take their sweet time and seem they can't hold an employee down long enough or one that speaks English.
NOT MUCH FOR 28 Bucks!!
I ordered the carne asada bowl with beans and rice...
The delivery came fast and it was easy but there were only about 8 pieces of meat in there and not even a whole scoop of beans!
Not much for 28 bucks, delivery or not!!

This Place has always been inconsistent with it's portions. Customers before me were loaded up with ingredients and i had to prod my food maker to add more to everything except the hot sauce..... she practically ruined my bowl being cute by dousing my food with that but skimped on all ingredients. I was on the edge before choosing to come here again, now I will never eat here again. Too many other choices for bad service and food.

They barely put any food , they are so sloppy and rude , restaurant is dirty and unkept. They are understaffed. And workers seem very unhappy

I hate to leave a bad review, but I have this location two chances. First time, the food wasn’t ready on time. There was nobody in the store line, but I had to wait for the back room person to prepare the tacos. I get home and half the toppings are missing. Second chance: order tacos again with the side of adobe ranch. I go in and wait for my food again. I get to the car and open my bag. I realize the ranch is missing. So I go back in and tell the cashier. Her answer: we are out. Then we just look at each other. I said okkkk so you guys don’t even tell people you are out? She said there’s nothing I can do, you can call the 1-800 corporate number. Didn’t offer me queso, salsa, nothing to make up for it. Ok…. So then, I pull my food out. The cheese and lettuce are missing. So now I have corn shells with chicken. I will not go back to this location again.

The place is at a convenient location, and the food was great. The only thing that I want to point out is the lack of professionalism from a couple of the employees. Using filth language while in front of customers (a male while inquiring about Veterans discount), is not a good invitation to come back to the restaurant. Also, the attitude of another employee while in the service line is not acceptable. The person showed that she was forced to be there. Finally, the music was overpowering the ambiance of the restaurant for a nice dinner conversation. For this reason we ordered for takeout. Kudos to the spanish lady that first welcomed and initiated the orders. It is not my style to bash nobody, and jeopardize people's jobs, however, I think I have a little saying after reaching over 5 million views of my reviews and pictures.

I’m not one to write reviews often, but something has to be said about this location. The hot section of the lines food was cold. We had to bring it home to heat up and eat. Mind you this was right before the prime dinner rush. This location, along with most Chipotle’s in the area are extremely inconsistent. This is a management problem all the way up to the owner of this particular location. I know it’s tough to find good employees, but at least find employees that have the slightest bit of work ethic to work for you. I will drive 5 minutes further to avoid this location. Do better!

felt like there wasn’t a supervisor on site. dishes were piled up. line held back for lack of chicken. rice was crunchy and undercooked. I only gave 3 stars for the African American girl on the line making the food. I can tell she was very tired but kept a smile on her face and was very kind. nobody else was even helping her. waited forever to check out. i hope she gets some help but that rice was awful. didn’t even eat the 2 bowls. get these workers some help!
