I have been getting Chipotle salad bowls with 4 hard taco shells on the side. Each time i go in i am always charged different amounts. Sometime ago this particular eatery started charging .25 cents per shell. Then suddenly charging $1.60 for the four shells in one container. If the 4 shells were placed in 2 separate containers they started charging me for 2 sides. Really? $3.20 for 4 tacos? When I complained about the inconsistent pricing, the cashier, Alondra, was very rude to me, I asked to talk with the manager, who came but before I could say anything, Alondra quickly put her hand up in front of me in a very disrespect way, cutting me off from speaking. Then she points at me and tells me in a loud voice that she knows who I am..the one that is always trying to get away without paying for shells. She is very disrespectful! After supporting this Chipotle location for years, I am going to take my business elsewhere. I suggest Chipotle post the cost of each taco shell on their menu board instead of being so inconsistent. As for the rude cashier Alondra...she needs a lesson on customer service.In addition to this situation, may I suggest the cleaning upon floors and overflowing trash.

this chipotle is sooooooo hit or miss. more than half the time the beans have no flavor…. just spicy. the salsa doesn’t taste right. there is trash EVERYWHERE. it sucks because sometimes the food is great!! but recently it’s absolutely flavorless. whoever is on grill really needs to step it up and stop forgetting certain spices and ingredients.

A BIG THANK YOU to Oceana! My name is Ria and I have many food intolerances and gut issues. I frequent Chipotle because I’m able to eat great clean freshly cooked food and the bonus, I have no gut issues after my meal(s).The food is always delicious and the customer service at this location is exceptional! With a heavy heart I must find a new place to get lunch bowls I have read reports suggesting chipotle has fallin prey to the mental illness associated with pronouns and writing up and some times firing people for misgendering someone. If you don’t what misgendering is it’s when you call a boy a boy or a girl a girl but this company has decided to side with fanatics over their honest hard working genuine sane staff.

Always a great experience and delicious, fresh food?Vegetarian options: Pick and choose options from black beans, pinto beans, brown rice, white rice, green onion and grilled onion , corn lettuce, salsa. Guacamole, tortillas, quesadillas, etc.Dietary restrictions: Personal preference, or ask. That's a no brainer.Parking: Parking is a small strip mall size but seems to have parking whenever I've been there. Not a problemKid-friendliness: Great serviceWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, Double door access, must have someone open the door for you. Room for wheel chair accessible inside.
