Just got home to eat ny Chipotle and my bag of chips was complete stale. Like badly stale. And I went in to get a salad yet they were completely out of lettuce

How does this place have no fresh salsa? Ran out or just didn’t want to make more for their closing costumers?
Ok now I see. I just read through the terrible reviews of this location so it all makes sense now. The fast fix is simple: DO NOT GO TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. Story time. Today, Sunday, September 28 I asked for white rice only in a kids meal because most kids won’t want greens in their rice (shocker!). The Linebaugh location has 0 problems meeting this simple request- never flinched in accomodating which is why our preschool holds our annual spirit night there. Your manager not only refused but also wouldn’t explain why nor would share her name when asked (just shook her head) and the guy working the register said he “wasn’t allowed” to give names out. I was very calm and pleasant btw- just asked for an explanation. Is this a joke!? This has happened before at this establishment (see the review)… in all of my years in hospitality I have NEVER heard of such nonsense. What are you hiding Chipotle? Why are your employees not able or willing to share their names?? Particularly your onsite manager! Something is very off about this location and the consistent bad reviews prove it. Corporate needs to shine a light on this franchisee.
The employees here have horrible attitudes. I paid 20 dollars for a bowl extra carne asada. I asked for extra and he gave me maybe 3 strips of meat extra. Then I asked for extra cheese and he pinched it like salt and gave me maybe 6 pieces of cheese. Seriously unbelievable. It’s worth the drive to go to the next NEAREST Chipolte because this one SUCKS. Past two times I’ve been here it’s been nothing but a HORRIBLE experience. Never and I mean never go here until they hire some new staff. Absolute scam.

I come often this Chipotle and usually stop by several times a week after the gym. Unfortunately, I keep running into the same employee who always has a terrible attitude, she is consistently unprofessional, and it feels like she goes out of her way to make the experience unpleasant.
Today I ordered double carne asada (which I pay extra for) and she barely gave me one scoop and a tiny bit more. When I asked her to give me the full portion, she laughed in my face and only added a small strip of meat. She also ignored my request for mild salsa and slammed the lid on my bowl in a very rude way. This is not the first time and it really feels intentional and disrespectful as a paying customer.
The only positive part of the experience was that the manager was polite and listened to my complaint. But honestly this store seriously needs to improve how staff are trained, because having an employee repeatedly treat customers this way damages the entire experience and the reputation of the brand.

Well everything is always decent going there but today they decided to just not help the girl the first day on the job and the video is of the “burrito” we ordered. I ordered a bowl after I saw the war crime she committed on his burrito and mine was great.

I've visited several times because it's a menu I enjoy, but the atmosphere is always the same, the staff is not bright, and the ingredients feel like they're scraping what's available, so I'm not satisfied with the freshness compared to other branches.

The food (Steak bowls with the works) was delicious!!! I don’t have any feedback regarding “service” or “atmosphere” because we didn’t order in person. The food was fresh and presented nicely and the Coke bottles that came with it were the old-fashioned glass ones (nice touch!)

I’ve loved Chipotle ever since I moved here from Boston. But this is the second time I’ve encountered something like this. Yesterday, my wife and I went to eat. We ordered bowls, and the employee gave us two tiny kid-sized portions, using side cups for everything. I was confused, but they told me everything was fine. But I know it wasn’t fine.
I didn’t want to argue. And when we sat down to eat, an employee sat behind me. My wife suddenly burst out laughing. I asked her what happened, and she said, “Did you see his bowl?” I turned around and saw that food was literally falling out of his bowl — lol 😂. My wife even asked me to take a picture, but I didn’t, out of respect for boundaries. Still, it was genuinely funny.
Please check how your staff is working and how the kitchen is operating. I really don’t want to keep spending money on nothing.
