By far the worst chipotle in the area for portions. Came in a few days ago and the burrito was no bigger than a tennis ball. Paid $11 for what? Honestly avoid this location and go to the one on state road 54 if you can, they are generous.

I was actually in line right behind cilantro sensitive Michael Dupree, and the line was HUGE. He did ask for cilantro free rice, and the employee explained they were unable to do that because the rice is made with cilantro. He demanded to speak with a manager, who then came over and tried his best to explain that he unfortunately couldn’t be accommodated. Mr Can’t Eat Cilantro demeaned the employees and said repeatedly “I will just leave you a bad review” and the manager apologized and repeated unfortunately he couldn’t accommodate the request.

The employees ALL remained kind and respectful, despite the insane request and the growing line. And the food was delicious as always.

Mike.. make your own bland food at home brother. It’s not that serious.

I visited this location with my daughter hoping to enjoy a burrito, and as the only customer in line, I expected a smooth experience. Like many people, I have the genetic trait that makes cilantro taste like soap, making it impossible to enjoy. When I requested white rice without cilantro, the initial staff member seemed willing to help but needed manager approval. However, when asked, the manager repeatedly said "no" without explanation, even after I explained my cilantro sensitivity. This was particularly frustrating because this same location had accommodated this simple request for plain white rice in the past.
What makes this experience especially disappointing is that a reasonable accommodation that would have allowed me to enjoy my meal was refused without any explanation. The restaurant was not busy, with no other customers in line, making the refusal even more difficult to understand. As a regular customer who genuinely enjoys Chipotle's food, I had hoped for better customer service.

Terrible experience, I don’t recommend this place My niece order a bowl and she ask for a little bit of hot sauce but the server was very rude and demanding( they were Cubans ) she put too much hot sauce so I asked her to take some out and a guy who had gloves came from nowhere and put his hands on my plate , those Spanish people acted like they owned the place and they are only employees getting pay the minimum wage, I made a complain, this location is at citrus park mall and a representative apologize, try not go visit this location but if u do make a video

I stop at chipotle for lunch pretty often while I’m working and this location is always the worst. Today the Hispanic gentleman who I can assume was the manager was rude as can be and then proceeded to be rude to all the other employees on the line and they were clearly upset. Standing in line for two minutes you could tell how uncomfortable all the employees were. Portions were insanely small to top it off and the worker was so flustered by the manager she had no idea how to wrap a burrito and it instantly fell apart when I started to take off the foil.

The only Chipotle in the world that doesn't give out salt. First they lied and said they don't have any, then it changed to "if it's not on the line it's not for sale". A pinch of salt is maybe a fraction of a fraction of a penny.

There’s always an issue when I come to this location. It’s either order not ready, items missing from order or incorrect order. Not sure what the deal is.

Kennel Cuts

I went to this location and l was so disappointed. The portions were so small and when you asked for more, they look at you like you are begging and not paying for your food. Most of the girls there were Cubans and were screaming so loud, I could not enjoy my meal. My mom was visiting and we hardly could talk because the women at the front were screaming while they were talking. They were rude and lacked good manners. I won't be back there.

They charge for everything that is ok but they get upset when you ask for a little more because they are counting each grain of rice that they put in your bowl. Chipotle is really good but the staff that works in this store is very bad.

Beware: This Citrus Park Chipotle is the most stingy when it comes to portions. They use side cups to measure the steak & all other protein instead of the standard scoop. I complained to corporate before, and they briefly went back to using the scoop, but it only lasted a few weeks. Now, they’ve switched back to the side cup, which gives less than half the portion you’d get with the scoop. If you want to spend $15 for 6-8 pieces of steak then be my guest and go there! See attached picture.
