I order online for delivery and they didn’t package my drink with my order. The portion size of meat is horrible. I counted 7 pieces chicken and 8 pieces of steak. I normally order from here with no issues but soon as I have an issue it doesn’t get resolved. My bowl is mostly rice.

Rude staff. The workers seemed miserable, had bad attitudes, and appeared unhygienic. They were eating in the kitchen while I was placing my order, which is extremely unprofessional and unsanitary—especially when they were preparing food at the same time.

The male manager with blonde hair was very rude, and the staff rushes you while you’re trying to place your order. Portion sizes are outrageously small for the prices being charged. If you ask for extras on the side, they charge for everything here. At other Chipotle locations, sour cream or hot sauce are usually free of charge , but this location is very stingy.

The girl at the register, I believe her name was Anaya, was so disrespectful she was rolling her eyes and laughing in my face when I asked her to switch out the chip size she charged me for. Customer service was beyond awful. Please take your business elsewhere.

I visited Chipotle only once before my recent stop at the New Tampa location on December 20, 2025. My very first Chipotle experience was back in 2017, so I wouldn’t consider myself very experienced with the menu. That said, out of all my visits to various fast-casual restaurants, this experience truly stood out as absolutely pleasant.

I went in during the evening not fully understanding the menu and relying on something I had seen online. When I tried to order it, the team member explained they weren’t familiar with that specific item, but kindly let me know that if I told them what was in it, they would make it—and they did. The very first employee I encountered had a magnificent spirit. She reassured me that she had all the time in the world, encouraged me to take my time, and made sure we got the order just right.

I genuinely appreciated the patience, kindness, and quality customer service I received, especially from such young employees. It was refreshing and uplifting to see.

The price was exceptional as well. I understand I came on a night with a special promotion, but it truly worked for my budget. I hope and expect that if I return, I’ll receive the same great service.

Hooray to the New Tampa Chipotle I visited at 8:00 PM on a Saturday night—thank you for such a positive experience!

Whoever owns this franchise, probably don’t care. The people who run this, bunch of young kids are extremely slow. There is a huge line and it moves so slow, took us 40 mins. Plus they always run out of chicken, which is what most people order

This Chipotle is one of the greatest Chipotles I’ve ever been to in my entire life, and I’m sorry to whoever can’t see that. Earlier, I had ordered a chicken bowl with a tortilla on the side and a Mexican Sprite. It was right after an hour-long workout at the gym, and I really wanted to get some quick protein in. So I ordered online, picked up my food, and drove home. When I got home, I noticed I hadn’t received my Mexican Sprite. I was quite irritated; how could they forget something so essential to my meal? What I hadn’t taken the time to consider was that I had ordered at 8:50 pm and set it to be ready at 9:10 pm, so maybe this person, whoever it was that made my meal, was just tired; maybe whoever made my meal was in a rush; maybe the real reason was just that this person was a person. Chipotle gave me a level of compassion today that I didn’t know I had, and I think all of us should strive to have. Maybe this Chipotle makes mistakes, but it reminds me of my own humanity and humility. I’m sorry for being ignorant, Chipotle. You have more value than you know.

Worst Chipolte experience for me. Will never return to the store on Bruce B Downs in New Tampa. Cold stale chips, VERY small portion of dressing and Caso. I’ve gone to Chipolte for many years. Obviously a management issue. Has been my very favorite fast food restaurant, such a let down.

The rice is hard and I got a sofrito burrito that was 90% rice. Didn’t even finish it because there was barely any meat and she scooped twice so that is really what completely amazed me. My last time visiting this location.
