I went to this place to buy food and I didn't like the food very much. I bought a say as a child and they even charged me for the says that I ordered. I went to another Chipotle restaurant and they didn't charge me. I don't recommend this place.

The worst customer service ever. And the worst part is! All of it from the night shift manager .
Very rude even the way she talks to the rest of the employees.
This is the 7th time this month we get food from here and they have no veggies every single time.
Plus the manager will show you an attitude with bad customer service.
I will take my business somewhere else even if I like chipotle. Too bad

I’m writing this on 11/26/24

My experience has to be pretty shitty for me to write reviews but here I am. I ordered a chicken bowl and it was terrible. The veggies were burnt and had little non-edible black burnt pieces all throughout my bowl.

The cashier ELLIOT was rude & very strange. He made a big deal about giving me a large cup for water and even walked over to the drink machine to MAKE SURE I was in fact getting WATER. I paid $3.49 for a large cup for him to observe me getting water. I PAID FOR A DRINK so if I decided to get a different drink that my business I PAID for it!!

I wouldn’t be as pissed if my food wasn’t gross but then it was slopped together, damn chipotle get it together!

This company’s customer service is deeply disappointing. My boyfriend went in to place an order in person, only to get home and find that my order was completely wrong—despite it being prepared right in front of him. It seems their emphasis on speed is causing too many mistakes.

I tried calling immediately, but reaching a real person was impossible. Instead, I was stuck in an endless automated loop with no option to speak to customer service. I didn’t order online, so there’s no way to access an email to submit a complaint either. Since I’m working for the next four hours, I can’t go back to the restaurant to resolve this in person.

After being a loyal customer for years (even moving from Virginia to Florida), I’m disappointed to say I won’t be going back to Chipotle.

The black girl at the cashier looks like she’d rather be anywhere but at chipotle. I got three soft shell tacos & chips & queso. $17 and some change. It’s normally $13 and some change. I didn’t ask why it was $4 more than normal because she probably wouldn’t even understand. Not coming back to this location

It was messy in all areas, the drink machine wasn’t working overall just not a welcoming environment. Seems to have become a trend the last 6 months coming here. What has dropped off.

They really need to get rid of the current manager, Maria. She would scream a lot to the other employees in front of customers. I literally spent 20 minutes looking at how she would treat every single person inside the store, and of course she was being rude without no reason to customers when asking for extra portions, or she would just tell her coworkers to no give extra portions for people that “are not going to pay for it”, ma’am could at least ask them to their face first?. She clearly doesn’t know the words “please” or “thank you” and I don’t think she is even thinking on including these in her vocabulary. Ma’am you are just the manager, you’re not the chipotle CEO. I’m so sorry for the young guys and girls that work in there trying to make a decent money in exchange have to listen to this lady their whole shift, and I really hope this lady gets immediately correction.

I hate coming to this location they are always running out of something if it’s not the tortillas it’s the vinaigrette sauce. This will be my last visit of this location.

Lazy. I don’t understand how an establishment is out of guac, veggies, pico, corn, and dressing at 7:30. I asked for dressing and they said they were out, then proceeded to pour some for the person behind me. I went up and asked and they said that was the last of it. There is also guac at the order online station but cannot refill at the regular line. It’s astonishing. The owner should be embarrassed.

It's hit or miss at this location. Most of the time my food is okay. I wouldn't do online pickup here cause from my experience they seem to be stingy with those.

Vegetarian options: You can get vegetable options here with no meat
