The world around is getting more flashy, complex. Engineers, architect, chemists, doctors and many more professionals are pulling together to create more complex flavor profiles to engage people. There is something special about a place that keeps it simple. Simple is sweet. This place proves that keeping things simple can make something extraordinarily awesome. Some of the best cake I have tasted in a very long time. No flash, only pure happiness.
