Angelo's is the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch. They are not overpriced and a morning staple for our office. We also use them to cater our meeting. My favs include their cafe con leche, tres leches cake, cheese grits and Cubans. Honestly I haven't found anything that we don't like. Since the day they opened with been going and will continue to do so.

Such a great find we stumbled upon! If we were locals, this would be our go-to spot for breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches rival the best I've ever had--the Cuban bread may even set them on a new level. The cafe con leche is superb--and for half of what any big chain coffee place charges. This was the perfect location to stop before our trip to the zoo. We hope to be in the area again before we travel back west to home.

Is a hit or miss! The bacon egg and cheese sandwich is good but the French toast and egg had no flavor... the French toast didn't have to cinnamon flavor

This is the BEST Cuban cafe I have ever been too. The employees are friendly and personable they remember your face and the things you like to order they make you feel like family here! They have a nice selection of sodas and juices to choose from both imported and local and everything is made fresh to order! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE..... GO IN! They close at 3pm!! Don't wait!!

I have ordered the chicken parmesan platter once before and was extremely pleased. It had good flavor and the pasta was done to perfection. So I suggested this place to my coworkers to order from today. However, today was a completely different experience. We ordered our food at 11:15 and were told it would be an hour for our order to be delivered. No problem, it's Friday, that was to be expected. What wasn't expected was that an hour and a half later we still didn't have our food. We called to ask when we could expect our food and was told that they were extremely busy & shorthanded. The lady who answered said the delivery guy would be there soon and she was currently packaging up our food (which made us think it would still be fresh). Well...another half hour went by with no delivery and no call to let us know what was going on. We called them again to remind them we've been waiting for 2 hours for our food. There were no apologies made but we were told the delivery guy was on his way & would be delivering within 5 minutes. And, yes, we were on the verge of canceling our orders and heading over to Chickfila but we decided we'd wait until 1:30 before doing that. Our food arrived at 1:26 with no apologies. It would have been nice if they had delivered fresh food after making us wait so long but it was obvious they had cooked it close to the time we ordered because the chicken was now tough, the pasta was pasty and the bread was hard as a rock. The lettuce in the salad was fresh but the cucumbers were old & yellow and the unsweetened tea I ordered was loaded with sugar (and I heard my friend order it correctly). My friend ordered her sandwich pressed but they didn't bother. My other friend said her sandwich came the way she ordered it but it was no longer fresh. I'm not done yet! My order of the chicken parmesan platter costs $8.99 plus tax. I was already extremely unhappy with paying that much for the condition of the food but to make matters worse....they OVERCHARGED ME! $15.63 to be exact. I called them, they said the delivery guy pressed the wrong button and rang up a $5.00 sandwich in addition to my order (I was still working when the delivery came so I didn't witness this). The lady on the phone (who was actually nice and professional) apologized for the overcharge but still when I mentioned our order taking over 2 hours to arrive, there was no apology for their lateness or the condition of our food. She did say they would reverse the extra $5 charge and I'd have it within 3-5 days! I gave this place 2 stars today instead of 1 because I've had their food on a good day and was impressed. But I'm not likely to order from them again.

Some of the best food around. The chicken tenders, club sandwich, breaded steak, sooo good!!

After visiting this place a few times a week for lunch since its on the same shopping plaza as my workplace is, today was definitely the last. Everyone on the staff is pretty cool and respectful. Just make sure if you go here you dont get attended by Arlene who seems to be part of management. Very poor customer service skills and just not a good attitude towards her loyal customers!

Big fan of Angelo's. The staff and the food are charming. Both the hot food bar as well as the salads and sandwiches are made with love and pride. Nothing negative to say :) Pro tip: in house hot sauce "angelo's sauce" is excellent on the entire menu.

The food is excellent, the prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly! I order from here all the time and they never fail to impress! My favorite dish is the bruschetta chicken. Their brownies are seriously addicting and go great with their cafe con leche. Whether you're having a working lunch, stopping in for a quick bite or ordering for an entire office, I highly recommend Angelo's!

Nice to have another quailty deli in my lunch rotation that is conveniently located for me. When I told the pretty young lady at the counter that I had literally driven by this deli 2,000 times before Yelp convinced me to stop and check it out, she wasn't suprised and simply said, "People drive by too fast!" Well, it is Dale Mabry and none of us want to be on that road any longer than necessary. I enjoyed a very tasty Cuban sandwich (although they do lose points for making it with mayo since that is NOT authentic) on high-quality bread, served with a smile and for only $5.99. There are a plethora of other enticing breakfast and lunch sandwiches to choose from and apparently that hot counter of goodness just left of the cashier starts around 11am. I saw chicken parm, lasagna, empanadas, stuffed potato balls and it all looked hot and fresh. Comfortable interior that is exceptionally clean, no parking issues at all and the menu selection is rather impressive. I'm also guessing Angelo's is an unbelievable caterer...so keep that in mind as well.
