I recently stopped by Chuchys Cafe II for breakfast and was pleased with the friendly service. My BEC was ok, more bread than bacon, eggs and cheese, and the staff were helpful and efficient. However, I did find the overall price for a sandwich and drink a bit higher than I expected. While the quality was ok, I'm not sure the value quite matches up.
Nori and the ladies are so nice and always get it right. The food is excellent, always fresh, hot, and ready for enjoying.

Stopped in for breakfast when I was having my car worked on next-door. Ended up having a egg cheese and sausage sandwich on Cuban bread and it was pretty tasty. They have a pretty diverse selection of Cuban food for eat in or takeout
