Best Chuck e cheese to take the kiddies. My two kids had a blast all the games worked which shocked me because we came from Miami where most all the games were broken 😳 and the staff did there job with no attitude.

Love the strategy of having someone check you in at the door so you have to have the same number as your child otherwise the child cannot get out with a stranger. The workers are amazing

I went to this location for a friend’s son’s birthday party on a Saturday evening. it’s in a bit of a rundown building for starter so didn’t give a great first impression. But what bothered me the most was when I walked in, they had somebody at a podium that is supposed to check to make sure you are with a party and not just a creeper and without even saying a word to me he just waved me by not knowing who I was or who I was with. The inside itself was not warm and fuzzy either. It was quite rundown and unlike any other Chuck E. Cheese I have been in, it just looked dirty. Of course kids were still running around and having a great time which I suppose is the most important thing but I was definitely not impressed and would not suggest this location if you have other options.

I went today to take my kids to chuck e cheese been here a couple times. today I dont know what happen i order wings and there was no communication that it will be a long wait..I decided we was going to eat first didnt want to get the chuck e cheese card was going to get the min card anyway after almost an hr I told the lady i been waiting an 1 hr she told me that wings take long time..thats not true order wings plenty times from there been like 15- 25 mins max..she told me that i can peek in kitchen and ask..excuse me? Why would I ask thats your job..so I was like ok I wait I had salad from salad bar had gave my girls crackers to hold over so we sat and talk was on our phones then its 2 hrs and 15 mins enough is enough I asked for a refund and the guy went in the back to see if it was coming up nope they didnt make it yet so he gave me my full refund..they short staff and it was lack of communication and very unprofessional you never tell a customer to peek in kitchen to ask when my food done..smh

Had my daughter’s birthday there yesterday!! Can’t be thankful enough for the amazing day she had!! Thank you Ari for doing an amazing job at setting up and having everything planned. It went perfectly and couldn’t have done it without her!! My daughter had so much fun and felt very special on her day. Definitely a busy place but it was ORGANIZED chaos lol.
