I had an incredible birthday experience for my 6 year old step son. He wanted his birthday at Chuck E. Cheese and I am so glad he did. From start to finish it was so easy. A young woman (I think she was a manager) helped me from start to finish she answered all my questions. They announce when the food comes out, when it’s time to dance with the mouse and then when it’s time to sing happy birthday. That is a huge relief I didn’t need to hunt down 10 kids to do all of this...

Stopped by with the kids while on vacation and everyone had a good time. It was busy but still was able to do everything without issue. Larger space and more games than locations more local to me (Iowa). Docked 1 star because I overheard a few customers having issues with games but staff was working on affected machines within an hour of being notified of a problem. Will be back next time we're in the area.

Best Chuck e cheese to take the kiddies. My two kids had a blast all the games worked which shocked me because we came from Miami where most all the games were broken 😳 and the staff did there job with no attitude.
