The chicken isn't seasoned the way it used to be so you actually do need hot sauce because of it.

Ordered ahead online and my food was being made as soon as I walked in. Friendly helpful and polite staff.

Absolutely positively disappointing and downright disgusting. Me and my wife stopped by for dinner before going home and I wish we would've kept driving. Not only was the young girl at the drive through window rude and unpleasant but when we got home we opened the box to dry out unseasoned flavorless tiny pieces of chicken. I was not happy. -5⭐

There was no napkin, the soft drink was water, the place was super dirty.

One of the better locations. Gave 4 stars for service and atmosphere because the staff are a little dismissive due to being more into talking to each other and having fun.

🍝🧀 Church's Chicken's mac and cheese is an absolute must-try for any fan of creamy, cheesy goodness. I was blown away by how delicious it was on my first visit - the perfect balance of cheesy flavor and tender noodles. If you're in the mood for comfort food that hits the spot, make sure to give Church's Chicken's mac and cheese a try! #ChurchesChicken #MacAndCheese #ComfortFood

During the aftermath of Hurricane Milton, while waiting in the drive thru line after they decided to prematurely lock the lobby, my sister and her children were graciously allowed inside. I stayed in the drive thru line just in case.

Once I was able to order, my sister told me from the inside that 10 men who were allowed inside, ordered 150 pieces of chicken. Instead of Church's Chicken putting on their thinking caps and making those men wait for the 150 pieces of chicken, they served the men the chicken and made those of us in the drive wait 20 minutes. Shame.
