I placed my order thru the app. I was totally disgusted when I got home. The food was old and bland asf. I hadn't been to Church's chicken in years, and I will keep it that way moving fwd. I did call and complain abt my order, the mgr agreed to make it right, but it's 40° outside and I'm not going back! -I do not recommend!

I ordered the $19.99 family meal with half of the chicken spicy and half of the chicken mild. My family was so excited to be going to churches to get a family meal and we couldn't wait to eat it. We got home and we discovered that whoever made the chicken forgot to put any seasoning on the chicken so it had absolutely no flavor at all.
The Mild chicken had no flavor and the spicy chicken had no seasoning at all. We had stopped going to this restaurant because they did us like this the last time we were there. We gave it a second chance thinking they had changed and it is the exact same thing, the chicken has no flavor and whoever is making the chicken keeps forgetting to season the chicken.
Also, Whoever made the biscuits forgot to put enough honey on the biscuits because they were very bland too. It was a terrible meal. The meal was so bad, I almost drove back there to ask for a refund, but instead, I decided to salvage the meal and try to add some seasoning to the chicken just so we could endure it. Plus I am writing this review so that whoever reads it can be saved from making the same mistake thinking that they are going to get a decent seasoned meal if they go there.
We will NOT be visiting this churches again. On the brighter side of things, the Cole slaw and mashed potatoes were very good but the chicken and the biscuits were absolutely terrible.
Slow drive thru service, 2 cars in front of me in and it took 15 minutes just to get to window. The drive thru worker asked me to order at window, then when I finally get to window they ask me if I already ordered. Also, workers were not very cordial; they handed me my food and didn't say a songle word, no "thanks come again"; No, "have a nice day", nothing... Also, the food was not great. More breading than meat on the chicken. Think I'll stick to KFC or Popeyes.

Extremely friendly and courteous service. Very clean location as well. Nice to know they're bilingual. Today is the first time that my husband and I visit this location and I highly recommended it. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Their biscuits are the bomb! They are soft, tasty and the best in the world! They are hot and the top is all honey glazed! They are the most delicious biscuits I've ever tasted! I buy them by the box! There's 6 in a box. The staff is so warm and welcoming and more friendly than my own relatives! I'd suggest you visit this place to taste their biscuits and taste their chicken, I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

This is one of the best Church"s located in Tampa. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our chicken. It's worth the wait. Grease was fresh it was late in the evening when we went. Everything was fresh. My husband and I enjoyed our food tremendously. You won't be disappointed, go and get a great meal.
Parking: The parking area was ok. We went through the drive-through.

Huge difference between this store and the Clearwater location I reviewed several years ago. Staff was very pleasant and quick, location was very clean, and the food was delicious.
