I got food poisoning after eating here. I ordered a meatlovers pizza, shortly after eating I had stomach pain and diarrhea. The salad bar was also unsanitary. Dirty utensils were left inside vegetables, and customers should be required to wear gloves while handling shared items. It felt careless and unsafe. I'm deeply disappointed and hope this location improves its food handling and hygiene practices.

great for family and decent food for a decent price... order your own pizza while there as it's better than what's on the buffet bar.. no extra charge and hot and the way you may want it ... soup is ok and salad is ok as well... plenty to do for kids as there's many games.

Hey CiCi’s owner, I see that you respond to the reviews on Google, and I was hoping to get in contact with you. We’ve been loyal customers of CiCi’s Pizza for the past month, enjoying our Sunday pizza tradition. My wife loves the Alfredo pizza, and I usually get the buffalo chicken with mushrooms. Unfortunately, this past Sunday, only my pizza came with onions on it, which we’ve never had before. After discovering the onions, we immediately drove the 20 minutes back to the restaurant, but when we tried to explain that the pizza was untouched and that we came back right away, we were told that it had been over an hour since the order was placed. This didn’t take into account the wait time for the pizza and the drive back and forth. It felt like there was no empathy for the situation, and this experience left us really disappointed and questioning whether we’ll continue our Sunday tradition. We hope for better customer service in the future. -Kevin
