Food quality was ok. Salad items were translucent (un edible). Looks like case/storage was too cold and items (cucumbers, onions, peppers) went bad. Pizzas (some were overcooked/burnt). Staff was friendly.

Cici's pizza is a great quick bite on the go or just a nice place to get a lot of variety of pizza etc. I've been eating at Cici for over 30 yrs. Upon eating at this particular one I have to say that the food was immense, OK, not the average Cici's flavor in my opinion. Food was bland and kind of flavorless, reason for minus 2 stars. The staff on the other hand was great and very helpful, resson for the 3 star rating. I did love that. Thank you staff. BUT... I don't go there to make buddy's (even tho that is very nice too). I believe the service should always be good no matter what if a restaurant wants the people to come back. That said, it's unfortunate that the food was bland, even my favorite treat at the end which are the cinnamon rolls, they taste like nothing. Was very disappointed with this. I don't see myself going back here. Maybe in a future(few months) I may try it out and see if they have learned the flavors of the original style Cici's pizza that I have loved for decades. And of course, I would update this post.

If you're expecting haute cuisine, this obviously ain't it. But for $9.99, there might not be a better deal anywhere than this pizza and pasta buffet. The cheesy breadsticks are delicious and the buffet includes a wide array of good-enough pizza (and they'll make one to order if you want something that isn't out). 4 stars instead of 5 because the pasta was overcooked and horribly bland/mushy. That wouldn't stop me from coming back, though.

Wonderfully Amazing Atmosphere,Ambience, Service, Views,paths and gardens to explore while you wait and after you eat! I came for my birthday. And I'll be back every year from now on for my birthday and with friends. Just make sure you search the one on the river. I didn't know there was two locations till I ended up at the airport.... Yes,one in the airport. Cant wait to fly out to try that one someday.
