This CiCi’s has been a childhood staple for me so I’m conflicted about this review. Had the choice of going to the Brandon one or this and it was easy for me to choose this one. Me and my family went there to eat. Had a fun time until, we all started to throw up and had the squirts!!! That was last Friday, April 26th. It’s now Friday, May 3rd and we’re still throwing up! This has hindered my children from testing this week. I don’t want to believe it was the food. We had to pass over a few plates so I’m guessing it was the dishes. Hope they get that straight because I wouldn’t want anyone to go through this at all

We haven't been to CiCi's in quite a while but when we did go it was quite low looks like they have different management and different employees but all in all the food is pretty good we'll go back more often.

Terrible, Food was burnt and u could tell it was out since they opened. Also Humm Humm what can only get stuff crust pizza to go not on the buffet. 8 workers 5 customers.

This was our first time ever going to a Cicis pizza. We join our group after a school event and my kids wanted to participate so I agreed. Upon arrival it was a madhouse as other schools had also decided to come to the same place but thats expected. Never having been, I went to the counter to ask some questions. They were nice. I wasnt going to eat, my 7 yr old only wanted pasta and my 3 yr old is free so I ordered a kids combo, $5.99 plus tax. They gave me two cups for them to get water or soda. I grabbed two bowls of pasta and a plate with one skinny slice of pizza, one piece of brownie and one piece of cinnamon roll. We sat down and ofcourse as children are, they didnt like any of it. My 7 yr old ate some pasta but thats it. I am one to feel bad for throwing food away so I did my best to eat most of it. Upon leaving, I went to refill their water and I was stopped by an employee. She said “just so you know for next time, you have to pay for your own food. You cannot eat from the kids”. So I kindly told her that I paid for a kids combo but they didn’t like it and I didnt want to throw it out and she basically accused me of lying by saying “maam we have cameras and we saw you ate the food”. I told her Im not denying eating the food but I was not going to throw it out because they didnt like it so I ate some of it. Not even all of it. So she again repeated the same and said if i wanted food, i could pay $1.50 for the pizza slice and so on. I again repeated myself and added i would pay right now for whatever she wanted. I asked her several times what was I supposed to do, throw it all out? And she said several times “yes you have to throw it out”. I was completely embarrassed and couldnt believe she had called me out for eating my kids leftovers instead of throwing it out. And to add, it was terrible and cold. First and only time ever stepping foot or eating anything Cicis Pizza.

Upon visiting Cicis pizza the first time I was not pleased in the food offered March 19,2024 days later in visiting on March 21, 2024. I was very impressed with the variety of hot fresh pizzas offered during non peak time and other fresh food items.I was greeted immediately entering the restaurant being offered to place an order for a fresh personal pizza of choice before visiting the pizza line being very please.The restaurant was very clean and organized.The bathrooms were clean and I must say my eight year old was very happy with Cici being one of her favorite food spots.I am very thankful for the general manager for her compassion and generosity as well.I look forward to returning.Thank YouTemple Terrace/Tampa CicisPS. Food quality was very poor. Even though the salad bar looked fresh, it didn't taste that way. The soda fountain was good except for the non-carbonated choices, which tasted off. Just disappointing overall. They used to do a much better job.
