We stopped in before our flight. Very convenient to the airport. Great beers. Good food. Staff was wonderful. We had more time than planned before our flight. Bartender was happy to change the game on TV to our hometown team.

French fries were old and chicken sandwich was very poor presented. Waitress didn't give utensils or napkins.

I've been once before about a year ago and had an excellent experience so I'm adding a star. But today I sat at the bar and the bartender refused to even look at us for 15 minutes, we sat there while she chatted with other bar guests. I get it if you're busy but she was visibly doing nothing while we sat there at the center of the bar without being spoken to even once. We left, went to Rumfish and were greeted within 30 seconds of sitting down.

The food was really awful. The chicken was mostly fat, but somehow still dry. The cheese sauce with the pretzel was gas station quality.

Waited 27 min for a to-go sandwich, they WOULDN'T issue a refund. Staff was unhelpful, angry even. Never again.

Horrible service. Bring your own drinks you won’t get a refill as the wait staff just walks around.

I ordered through the to go screen. There’s no one there to answer anything. The place was scrammed and it took forever to get our food. We had to ask about it several times and almost left because our plane was boarding.

The burger with bacon and blue cheese was incredible. I ate every morsel and it was cooked exactly as I ordered.

Stop somewhere BEFORE you get to terminal C. With very limited options I was forced to try this.It said wait to be seated, but no one greeted me. Eventually, the chef came out from the back to walking to a seat. They weren’t busy either….I would choose some crowd pleasers how could they go wrong ? A classic bloody Mary was the worst I’ve ever had, and overcharged for half the size of a regular tall glass. I got the feeling that the waiters and waitresses generally knew the food wasn’t spectacular and avoided checking in with you after food was served… so much avoidance I never got another water. The people around me (whose food came earlier because they arrived earlier and were seated before me) was only about half gone on their plate. I didn’t think anything at the time, but realized when they checked out, they left that same amount of food on their plate… more than likely because it wasn’t that great.I quickly scanned the QR code and got the hell out of there.

Stopped here for breakfast before flight. Not crowded at all. Reasonable prices. Ordered a veggie omelet which was delicious (especially for airport food). Server was working by himself but he was wonderful, attentive and great attitude for it being 6am! Would recommend this place for breakfast bites.

Stopped here for dinner before our flight. Several location brewed beers on site so that was a bonus. The waitress was very attentive and checked on us frequently, the food was just ok. We both had burgers and they were both dry. The only flavor was the flame grill which was nice but not enough to make a good burger. I had a seasonal beer, a wheat raspberry and it was good. Still a good place to stop while waiting on a flight.

Waitress was stelar helpful. Food was mediocre at best.Fries were nowhere near fresh, and the burger bun was likely beyond expiration as it was falling apart. Wanted to get a sample of the two Special Release beers on tap, but bartender was not attentive enough to see me waiting at the tap. He was chatting with a couple at the bar, then fiddled with some glasses, then moved to his phone to scroll through something. I'm not going to wave down someone whose entire job is to "tend to the bar".Maybe another Cigar City that's not at the airport will be better food, but I'll only try it I'd there's no other option around.Food did come out fast, though. They have an actual kitchen right there.

The pastrami sandwich sucks. Chef needs to figure it out. Should not be served the way it is. Thick sliced, no yellow mustard. Poor service at bar in airport. Place basically sucks and should be closed!!!!
