It is impossible to reach someone about an issue. I am trying to resolve a transaction issue and I can't seem to get a hold of anyone that can help. I've tried their corporate number and I have to leave a voicemail, I've tried to email them on the address they provide and it's undeliverable, I reach out to the phone number on their website for the airport location and it says the Verizon number is unable to be reached. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Good luck trying to get a hold of a live person that can help resolve your issues.

The cuban breakfast sandwich was excellent. The flight of beer was great too but not without a modicum of regret as it was like 830 AM. Too early for me but I would come back here any time.

Had lunch while waiting for our flight in the C concourse. Full service wait staff, so you don't have to order from the QR code on the table. The service was slow, they seemed a little understaffed. But our server was friendly and our food came out with plenty of time to eat before our flight. They also have printed menus available, upon request. Full bar with wine, beer, and spirits. Restaurant style seating with booths and tables. TV's are also on showing whatever game is playing. Our pretzel appetizer came out warm and buttery delicious. The Cuban sandwich and burger we ordered was awesome. I'll go back next time I'm in Tampa waiting for a flight.

Ihisha was just an absolute gem, aside from awesome food it was a welcoming environment, highly recommend if you have 13 hours to kill at the airport lol

Do not know about lunch, dinner, or the bar but avoid this place for breakfast. Bacon was small and not cooked properly. Coffee tasted like bitter dish water. Greasy tater tots for potatoes. No real butter but an oily spread. For two people cost over 50 dollars including tip. Don't mind paying more if the quality is there. It was not here. Service was fine. This review is left

Beer is always great. The beer cheese that the pretzels was the best we've ever had anyplace. Our server caytlin was friendly, attentive and super helpful. I highly recommend.

Love their beer just wish I could get more than their staples in MD. Was here for work and stopped by, wasn't disappointed.

The beers were fantastic and José the barman was charming enough I considered missing my flight. Between that and the excellent fries, a must-visit!

I'm glad I walked around and saw this place. Cigar City is one of my favorite breweries and I love airport beer. I had the wings and a Flight of ales. All were delicious. I was asked to move seats because I was by myself, they did go from quite to slammed in a hurry. Nothing they can do about that.

Ate here due to a delayed flight. Our waiter Frederic was amazing. Hands down the best waiter and experience we had down in Tampa so far. Frederic was amazing and definitely deserves a raise and some recognition.
