Becky is awesome. Made our experience waiting for our flight.
I’m surprised this bar has so many negative reviews. I spent a couple of great hours here. Becky, our hostess and mixologist, was just amazing. Cheerful, efficient, professional and welcoming. I went for one drink and stayed for more. Food was good enough. Bar vibe was great. Becky is a great ambassador for Tampa and this airport bar.
Loved the cook Denisse Munnigh and the blonde bartender. Both super sweet! Denisse knows how to cook on those little grills- Cuban and spicy chicken sandwich. She had the best tip to add bacon!
Their buffalo mojo sauce is AMAZING.
Good service and good food. Denisse made this fast stop shop turn into a great airport destination. Both ladies deserve a kudos from management!
I was at the airport Restuarant at 7am a very nice breakfast menu offered , that was delicious but they don’t serve coffee !!!! how bizarre is that ???
Traveling alone and my server Erica absolutely spoiled me. Made my morning! Fresh coffee and the most delicious passion fruit mimosa.
I have been here a few times this year and received excellent service every time. If you haven't already tried it, I highly recommend the Spirit of Flight drink.
Shout out to the male bartender who took over—professional and on point.
But to the thin blonde waitress with the sketchy attitude, acting like she's coming down from snow or geeked out on it—yikes.
As a former bartender of 18 years and now a commercial insurance broker, I’ve seen it all. This place?
Trash service. Decent sandwiches. That’s about it.
Not all minorities are bad. Considering the owner is Lisa is Hispanic; sort of shocked your staff is unprofessional like that.
Thanks, Cigar City, for leaving an impression… just not the one you want.
I always eat here when flying out of Terminal F, l and it is normally very good. However this time (and I understand it was shift change) my Cuban was arguably the worst Cuban I have ever had. No mustard and very cold. Very disappointing.

Didn't get acknowledged at the bar. When i asked for a drink, it was as though I was bothering the bartender...
Hit Cigar City Brewing in Terminal F at TPA on a Sunday afternoon around 4 pm. It is towards the end of the Terminal F, so it was a little less busy than other places. Had a beer flight (6 different beers) and a caesar salad with chicken. Decent salad at a reasonable price (for an airport). Don't love eating with plastic utensils from a to-go container st a bar, but this is the world we live in.

Food was good and beer was great as always. However it is very infuriating to be told we had to wait in line, which was 40 minutes, while watching other people walk in from the back side of the seating area and take the open tables. These customers were not sitting at the bar and were not asked to move from the tables but were severed as if they had waited in line and were seated by the staff. It was up to the customers waiting in line to confront the people skipping the line before the wait staff asked them to move and go wait in line.
Stopped in for a quick bite before my early flight. I ordered the eggs bacon tater tots and toast. All I really wanted was bacon eggs and toast to make a sandwich. I only got one slice of toast cut in half so I had plenty of eggs left since I only could make half a sandwich. A rip off to pay $15 bucks and could not make a sandwich out of my meal. Service was quick though.
Don’t waste your time here, plenty of other places to eat in this terminal. Food and service were both bad.Brew house burger doesn’t come with bacon even though it is advertised as such.
Got a literal McChicken patty with hot sauce, had to put the pickles on myself after waiting for 30 minutes for food. I work in the industry and they are not slammed. Terrible for the price point. Just get fast food.
Do not eat here!! The food not edible. The first bite I took of the chicken quesadilla I found a piece of purple plastic in it…
