It was quite clear the waitress/hostess was having a bad day as she got visibly upset every time someone came up to the ‘Please Wait to Be Seated’ sign. Once seated, they instruct you to just order using the QR code. Otherwise, no one comes by. Even when you need to cash out, you need to search for someone to do so in order to make your flight. Food is mediocre at best. I would just get something from one of the fast food locations.

BEST airport food - I was honestly shocked at the flavor and quality. Chicken quesadilla was the best I’ve ever had. The guy beside me had a burger and commented the same. We were both impressed! Shoutout to Jeff for the amazing food and service! I will be back to see you soon! Thank you!

They were absolutely packed on a holiday weekend and the servers where hustling but still very attentive, Jello my server was awesome! Also best quesadilla I've ever had....so surprising but awesome!

My wife and I had a delayed flight and so did the rest of people flying out of TPA today. We ordered a Grouper Salad and a Blackened Grouper Sandwich, both of which were excellent. The server was busy but still attentive. The only reason for a 4 and not a 5 star is because the table next to us had an obnoxious drunk young man with two other adult men and the young man was loud. Knew everything about everything.

Ordered a medium burger and it came out charred. When I mentioned it tot he waitress she said “they’re so busy back there” with no consolation. Then I paid on their app and she ran me down saying we didn’t pay.

Good local brewery with a fast casual eatery in the airport. A step up from the fast food, but not really table service beyond you ordering from a QR code menu and then they deliver the food. Good grouper sandwich and the rice bowl is a nice combination of items. If you like IPAs and have not tried their Jai Alai IPA, you have to check it out.

I always love coming to Cigar City Brewery - but when I learned they had a spot in the airport I was excited! I finally had a flight in their terminal so I stopped to grab a cider and a burger.I was not disappointed. The portabello mushroom burger was WONDERFUL

After a very long day of delays and travel, our experience at this airport restaurant was amazing. Freddie was our server and he made this day better. His food suggestions were perfect, his patience with us and our wild children was like no other. And the food was truly delicious!!!!!

I was having a rough day and stopped in for a late lunch while my flight was delayed. My server Rylee was prompt in bringing my drink and recommended a great meal. The pleasant smile, great service and excellent food made my day. Thanks ?
Avoid this place! I was literally the only one at the bar, and couldn't get service to save my life. I was able to order a bloody Mary, before shift change, however, on the menu it's listed as Ketel One Vodka, Elements Bloody Mary Mix, Pepperoncini, pickle stuffed olives, lime wedge and chili salt rum. I got well vodka with none of that. Also....I would have liked to have tried the food ...but the MISERABLE woman behind the counter does nothing for your business.

SKIP IT! Had a really bad headache and hoped to get some good food to help, ordered the crab blt with fries and got stale fries and raw bacon for $20. Ate what i could to help with the headache but eventually gave up ?

I visited the pub for a drink before my 1:00 flight on Sunday the 19th of November. The male bartender was really nice and attentive. The female bartender that came on duty at about 12:15 was a whole other story! She was rude, aloof, sharp with her tone and absolutely threw an attitude of not liking customers. At $20 freaking dollars for one drink, I would think the staff would be a little more professional and friendly! Ive been in the service industry for over 30 years. I’d never treat customers like that. If she doesn’t like the job, get out of it, ffs! I won’t be spending my money there anymore. And, I travel a lot!
