Amazing! Totally unexpected inside the Hard Rock Casino. We mad Bolognese and meatballs. Portions are huge!

I have been to cipresso many times. The food is actually pretty good. Last night we had 7 pm reservations - we got seated at 8 pm. The hostess was not friendly (I asked how much longer and her response was when tables get up). I'd love to say this was the first time. Unfortunately they over book and the service is not the best (unless you sit at the bar, they are great and is the only place I will sit when I go back now).

$38 for Lobster Ravioli that was absolutely terrible. The lobster meat was hard and inedible. The cognac sauce was disgusting. I strongly advise against getting this dish. My mom got mussels and she said they were okay - so maybe try something else. But the Lobster Ravioli should be removed from the menu.

Our server was Brea and she was so polite and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the house made lemonade which was slightly tart but really good

Meh...it's ok, but I've definitely had better! It's expensive too and not a lot of options and you can't really change up any of the pizzas. Worst of all there were gnats flying around so bad I had to cover everything with napkins, ugh! Not many restaurants in this casino so you're limited unless you want to go off property. I will say the charcuterie was amazing!!

Really enjoyed the tomato salad and calamari. Mushroom pizza was also good, meatballs not so much.

The menu has a wide variety of Italian specialties. I had the mussels marinara. It was served in a cast iron pan PEI mussels, pomodoro, tuscan bread. The mussels were very tender and delicious.

The saddest $42 I’ve ever spent. After reading through reviews I went with the lobster ravioli. It seems as though the sauce that was supposed to save this bland dish was not even close to what it was supposed to be. Instead of a sherry cream sauce I received a watery oil mess. The lobster ravioli was full of lobster but no flavor, just like the large amount of shaved bland fennel that was piled on top. Not one hint of sherry could even be detected. After dropping hints to the server (all were ignored) it became clear that this is what they’re used to putting out. They’ll just box up your entire meal like it’s a normal occurrence and won’t bother to ask what was wrong that you couldn’t eat it. Took it home and made my own sauce. After looking at other photos of this dish I can’t even believe what was served to me and treated as normal. I literally had a clear oil/water mixture with ravioli floating in it and nothing close to a red sauce the same dish appears in the photos of others reviews on here. GROSS.

What's a trip to Tampa without stopping by the Seminole Hard Rock Casino to try your luck! After a decent stint in the casino, I stopped by Cipresso have a quick dinner before heading out. The good thing about this place is there's a casual dress code but the restaurants can range from casual to a nicer sit down restaurant. We weee in the mood for pizza so we went with the Meatball Pizza (Italian sausage meatballs, ricotta, red sauce) and the Carne Pizza (bacon, Italian sausage, red onions). I love a pizza with a thinner crust, so this was right up my alley! The crust was cooked all the way through and strong enough to hold when I pulled the pizza off the pan. Both were so delicious, although I'm more of a fan of the carne because of the bacon. Service was on point. Very friendly staff from the hostess, to the server assistant, and rhetorical sever himself. I will be sure to try out some other options here when I'm back at the casino!

First off the restaurant was extremely noisy. While the service was average the food was extremely disappointing for all four persons in our group .The pasta appeared to be precooked and was impossible to twill a bite full with a fork due to the noodles all stick together like a birds nest . The meatballs had no flavor while the calamari was salty with clumps of breading . The special of the night osso bucco was also tasteless . We have a home in southern Italy and can appreciate almost all American Italian restaurants except this one that didn’t even offer tarimisu as a dessert !!! We would suggest going to Olive Garden and getting a much better meal in a more acceptable atmosphere and exemplary service !!!!!

I decided to try this restaurant for the first time. It has a great atmosphere and the service from Marcus is rock solid! The food came out quickly! However, I would say that the food was good but not great. I may come back to try other food. The salad had so much vinegar in the dressing. It was hard to eat it. They used the same dressing in the chilled seafood appetizer.Overall everything was great except the food.
