My recent visit was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I've ever had. The behavior of a staff member was completely unprofessional, leaving me feeling humiliated and unwelcome. What should have been a simple afternoon out turned into an upsetting situation that no paying customer should have to endure. Management seriously needs to address staff training and respect for guests if they want people to feel safe coming here.

The bartenders outside are not at all friendly. If you’re not a regular you will have to struggle for every request made and once you place an order it seems as if you asked for a kidney. I live in the area and now understand why most people go somewhere else. This place is the perfect location and could thrive but the outdoor service has to change for the better to do so.

I don't know why the hours of service say they are open till 3 here, but the door was locked. You had 2 individuals inside (probably drinking), looking at me like I was crazy just for trying to get something to eat.

Honestly I feel like I’ve been here before but decided to go back for a drink on the 4th and both the drinks we got were pretty disgusting. The server made our drinks and then we never heard from her or anyone for about another 20 minutes. It was just weird vibes and not very friendly id say, I’d go elsewhere.

Very unprofessional environment as far as how people coming in are treated. They discriminate and disrespect those who they assume are houseless, and I had multiple off putting experiences back to back. There could definitely be more kindness shown to people coming in. BE KIND TO ALL HUMANS! Some of the workers have snapped on multiple different PAYING customers on many occasions, as I have witnessed and it is very unfortunate and unprofessional. Super low vibes. Ice water wasn’t too bad tho. 💫
