Coasis is always understaffed. I went 2 times within a week and both times my party experienced delayed service. The servers do not have a sense of urgency. The cost of the food doesn't correlate to the amount of food you receive. I paid $10 for 4 green tea shots that tasted like simple syrup. Title: Exceptional Service from Lala!
I had an amazing experience at COasis, thanks to our waitress, Lala. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She made great recommendations, checked in on us regularly without being intrusive, and ensured we had everything we needed. Her positive energy and professionalism truly made our dining experience special. If you're visiting COasis, I highly recommend asking for Lala—she’s fantastic!
The last few times I’ve visited the restaurant the food and the service was great. My problem is with the contracted valet service. They are ultimately hustling people to park your car and make money. First time, they cone off everything even across the street to make you literally have to valet park.
