Coasis Resturant Bar & Suites

Title: Exceptional Service from Lala! I had an amazing experience at COasis, thanks to our waitress, Lala. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She made great recommendations, checked in on us regularly without being intrusive, and ensured we had everything we needed. Her positive energy and professionalism truly made our dining experience special. If you're visiting COasis, I highly recommend asking for Lala—she’s fantastic!

The last few times I’ve visited the restaurant the food and the service was great. My problem is with the contracted valet service. They are ultimately hustling people to park your car and make money. First time, they cone off everything even across the street to make you literally have to valet park. Both times there were empty parking spaces in the restaurant lot and I parked there the first time and they still asked for a tip (like they had done a favor for letting us park in the restaurant we were patronizing lot). Last night, the restaurant wasn’t busy yet because it was still early. The parking attendant coned off the restaurant parking lot and said it was full. The lot was not full and he would not removed the cones. So we parked across the street and walked over and he proceeds to tell us that where we parked was also valet parking. I told him that there are open parking spaces in the restaurant’s lot that you are refusing to open the lot. So we parked on private property and you will not be getting paid. The parking company is not a good fit for your establishment. They are aggressively hustling people to make them valet. A man that had just valet and was coming into the restaurant as we were said they had just wrecked his car. He had bigger things to address than to hustle me.

I decided to go to breakfast with a friend to catch up. We had a reservation and was seated immediately (which was great). The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was good. The music was very loud but that was expected and I was prepared, so no big deal on my end. Parking was a nightmare but we figured out parking across the street from the restaurant pretty quickly.
Now to the reason I will not be returning. This place is extremely overpriced for the environment. For 2 people, 1 entree each, the check was $144 for breakfast. We got 1 water (you cannot order tap water, if you want any water at all it’s $4), steak &eggs, chicken &waffles and 2 margaritas plus auto-gratuity (which is expected). We sat outside on the patio seating and ate with plastic utensils. I also had to send the check back because we were over charged on almost every item (steak & eggs on the menu was $34 …we were charged $42, etc). The food was good but not worth over $140 for breakfast. Please if you go, double check your tab before paying.

I wish I took a picture of my food. It was so good i forgot to pull out my phone. I went for a group brunch this morning when they opened, glad I got there a little early. They had a lot of customers flow and limited parking space. The food and drinks are delicious! Super cute ambiance. The staff all seemed happy to be there, which makes for a great environment.

Our waitress was Princess and she was great. Good communication, nice and attentive. I had the Churro Chicken and Waffles and I had to get a side of the cheese grits. Just run and get some. It was all fantastic. I won’t complain about the price because they give you generous portions.
Definitely going back!

Everything was perfect. The food was GREAT the vibes were great and the people were even better. Please do not patronize this establishment if you are not down for good music a little dancing and a lot of good vibes.

PRINCESS my love, you are so special, so amazing, so beautiful and all around just a pleasure. So attentive, so caring. Mistakes were made and I never felt frustration coming from Princess, a beautiful smile one a beautiful girl at a beautiful spot with beautiful food! I’ll be back because the food is good, but truly what sold me was Princess and the exceptional customer service that she provided my fiancé and I. The entire staff was a treat! OMG! This is my SPOT NOW! The ambience is amazing, the food is ON POINT!! You will love the service, I have enjoyed every person but MELISSA is my sister from another Mister!! She is MINE, but if you cool, we can share. I'm serious about my girl! The owners are amazing, the restaurant is decorated so beautifully. Excellent for a girl's night, brunch, date night etc. You will not be disappointed!

The food was bussin, the drinks were good I'm glad they added more room just parking is hell that's the only thing I didn't like The waitresses was real nice everybody was in a good mood the food I had was wings and I had the Cajun lobster crawfish pasta so good.
