I’m giving a 1 star review because of the coffee cups and lids! They are horrible! The coffee is so Hot that the cups and lids can’t handle it. The lids don’t stay on because they don’t fit the cups and you’ll end up spilling coffee all over your car! Get better cups and lids.

This is a marvelous locale and i suggest it for you n your family. I personally love it here and find myself coming back for not only the food but the welcoming considerate staff n super cleanly environment overall from top to bottom.

I used to love this place but the quality has gone down. You're lucky to get fresh bagels. My old favorite nova lox bagel is now a sad reminder of what once was a fantastic bagel.

So, I have been going to this location for over a decade and the food was good, service was good. I have had bagels here a few times within the last year and I don't know what happened. I will describe my recent visit! I asked for a non-toasted bagel with smear and a coffee with sugar and cream. I drove off, went to eat it, and it was not toasted but a weird rubbery warm and the smear melted down to a weird warm goo coffee had no sugar and barely any cream. It was disgusting and I think I'm done going here after this. Sad because I used to talk up Einstein Bagels and how they have the best bagels and smear. What happened to the thick layer of fluffy cream cheese? And I don't understand why an employee would serve this to someone after clearly realizing they made a mistake almost toasting it because it was warm. You throw it away and make a new one.
