Double and triple check your order before leaving! Did a mobile order for the brunch bagel sandwich bundle. My friend picked it up for me and I was missing my muffin, so I drove back.. got that after wasting more time away from my work. Then I finally opened my sandwich (this is the triple check reason) and it was all sorta wrong. Was supposed to be plain normal BEC with extra egg. Why did they give me a cheddar bagel, with like triple cheese? Disgusting. Wasnāt going to waste anymore time going back for a correction. Should be right the first timeā¦ Waste of money. First time and last time with this company.

The food is amazing and the staff is phenomenal! One of my favorite coffee shops!!!
Double check your bags! Decent food but weāve come here three times now and they always miss items or have undercooked food. This last visit they forgot a chocolate muffin even though they said everything was in the bag when we asked. Fair to say this didnāt go over well with a pregnant gf! How hard can it be to make sure everything is in the bag that was ordered?
Mondays dozen special! I didn't qualify! That's what the counter person told me. I hadn't been here in a month, and that's because of the same counter person, "Sharon." She gave me such bad service the last time that every time I returned, I didn't want to deal with her and would simply walk away without any bagels. I can't believe that she's still there. She is rude and treats people as if we were burdening her from whatever she is not doing, huffs and puffs as she does her task. She clearly doesn't want to be there. Will not return to this location if i keep being treated like I'm not the customer. I will keep going elsewhere to get my bagels. I used to be an avid customer, and now I just drive by this place.
