Both locations I’ve been to have been very nice. The closer one (on Fowler, near USF) has nice lighting with the windows, and the staff have all been very polite. The food was all “I can make this at home”, but the convenience and experience make it enjoyable, worth the money. However, the other location (North Dale) didn’t have as much lighting, but felt almost retro. Imagine stepping into a 1970s tv show. It was honestly very nice.In general, love the company and will always recommend it. Tried some of their cream cheese varieties and they are so good!
My experience with fast food places have not been good recently but I stopped here this morning for the first time. The staff here was amazing and so friendly. Thank you for the great customer service from the guy that took my order and was patient with me, to the two employees that came to the window to take my payment and give me my food! Outstanding customer service!

I love eating at Einstein but the service is beyond subpar. It’s actually astonishing to see a business just putting a face behind the register with no intellectual ability. I waited almost ten minutes at the DRIVE THRU window to even place an order. I was told it was very busy inside and when I pull up, there is one single customer….. I proceed to wait another ten minutes to receive my food just to be handed the wrong bag. I paid almost $18 for two bagel egg sandwiches and an orange juice just so that the cashier without a single thought behind his head to give me the wrong food.Thankfully, another lady stepped in to retrieve my food that I paid for and laughed as she realized his service was horrific. Not to mention, upon arriving at home the over price almost $4.00 orange juice has absolutely no taste. Such a great experience, glad to know I will not be returning again. Save your time and money and enjoy your breakfast elsewhere with good customer service :)

Stopped in for a coffee yesterday. Hadn't been in this place for a while. You gotta love a place where anything goes ! 2 young guys had apparently set up their on-line business there, occupying two large tables and several chairs and of course their dog was loving the nice leather chair; laptops, plugged in, occupying the tables and walking around with their phones, loudly doing their business. One guy walked in off the street to plug in to the electric outlet; no purchase. I was waiting for someone to walk in and pitch a tent lol. The staff was in the back having a great time, paying no attention to the loitering "customers". Just for snickers and grins, one day, I'm gonna bring in a napsack and go to sleep. Bet no one notices LOL.

Horrible service. Took 30 min for a bagel with cream cheese so I ended up canceling my order but I never got the refund . When I went back they told me my order didn’t exist and refused to refund me the money. Offered me coupons. No thanks. Fake people.
Never thought I’d leave a review of an Einstein’s but the customer service here is so good I just felt like I had to. Every time I’ve been through the drive thru, someone has greeted me with an exceptionally positive “good morning!” and once even “good morning sunshine!” I just honestly wanted to give them a shout out for being so cheerful so early in the morning. Really nice staff.
Einstein you were are fav, but honestly the bagels are dull and the morning blend coffee was tepid. But worse, why don’t you clean your building? Moving on…

If you are looking for a authentic New York Bagel this is not your place. Einstein Bagel is a chain with many locations throughout the southern part of the United States. We have been to a few of them and this one I like more than most. Not a fresh New York style but a solid middle of the road previously frozen bagel. I am sure I will be back again
