I have visited Cold Stone many times and it has always been good until this time. I decided for the first time to order on the app, and my order was stuck in progress for about 40 minutes. Once I arrived at the store to inquire about my order, I wad told by a girl at the counter (possibly a manager? not sure) that my order has been done for a while, but they don’t have something in store to notify me on my app if it is ready. I was confused at the fact that my order still said processing, and she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. It was just really upsetting after a long day of work to be treated by someone mediocrely when all I was doing was inquiring on the status of my order. I asked how I could do curbside in the future, and she acted like I should know to call the store when I arrive. If you don’t have a way to notify your customers on when their order is ready, there is no reason to get upset with me when I asked about it. Maybe you can call your customers when the order is ready if you expect us to call when we are at the store for curbside.

Great place to get some delicious ice cream. The family really enjoyed the sweet treat! Clean and friendly. Got to have a few samples and made our decisions. Friendly employee and very gracious with our samples lol Will definitely be back.
