Absolutely terrible experience and customer service! I ordered a custom birthday cake for a family member and when I went to pick it up the day before the event, they handed my cake to someone else!!!! There was zero verification—no checking of receipts, no confirmation of the order, just handed over to a random person. When I finally got in touch with the manager (who couldn't even be bothered to be at the store), all I received was a refund and absolutely no effort to make things right. No apology, no replacement cake, just a major inconvenience and a ruined celebration. This was my first and last time dealing with this company. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs!!!!
