Nick always remembers my wife and I when we come in to get ice cream. We left Tampa for a year, and when we finally moved back to the area and went to Cold Stone, Nick remembered us immediately and asked how our time was in the other city. He has great attention to detail and customer service. Not to mention he is always cheery, conversational, and makes a mean ice cream! He is a true gem and deserves a raise/promotion! I bought my employees ice cream on 6/6/2024 in the evening. as far as I could see there where to people working. the guy that waited on us I believe he said his name was Devin was wonderful. He was very personable, He made us laugh. It was a little pricey but we will return
