I am so disappointed. I have heard friends say they go all the way to Brandon than come to this one on Fowler. I was like no I love them. However today I am upset and I came far to get disappointed wow. I have been coming to this cold stone for years. I have never had a staff member say that they can’t give me fresh waffle cone pieces. Mind you the store isn’t even busy. I tasted on from yesterday that she offered and said it’s from yesterday, they are stale as ever and you think I’m going to eat stale stuff. I forgot to get her name however. She needs to do better with customer service. Especially some that are loyal customers.

Awesome job to Jackie today! She held it down when the line was super busy and she was the only one working. I waited in line for about 30 minutes as she got through the line by herself, and she handled the line confidently and smoothly. Great job!

Got some ice cream as a treat tonight, let the staff know that one of us has a peanut allergy. The ice cream was still cross contaminated and had to be thrown out. Please train staff on non contamination better, missing a step could put someone in the hospital.

Nice quality ice cream and cakes. But the point system is a mess. One time I go in and I have 9/35 points, another time 21/35 points, then suddenly I have 3/35 points; now the 35 goal is moved to 50!! Not cool.

OMG SOOOO GOOD. The employee here was very positive and we joked for a bit. Ordered a founder's favorite in a large bowl with the chocolate cone stuff. It looks and tastes amazing 5 STARSSS OMG

Went in was ignored by the employee working in the front no hello, can I help nothing. Then a family came in a second employee came out never acknowledged me helped them and the first employee came to assist her with the family. A third employee came out still didn't even acknowledge me so I left. What am I invisible.

Not friendly! Acted like they didn’t want business. On top of all of this I tried to pay with a $50 and they claimed they couldn’t take it because they had no change. This was the end of the night so that was hard to believe. Wouldn’t recommend!

This place is run by a bunch of teenagers who literally just need some adult supervision. Shame on the manager for not coming out to help with some of the orders when it’s slammed. I ordered pick up. My pickup time was 9:32pm and it’s now 10:06 pm and they still have not started making my order. When I asked for when they plan on starting the order they said they’re busy.
