Ordered my ice cream was not what? I ordered the people that work at this store. Do not communicate with the delivery driver or customer. They just make whatever they want and give to customers. And I'm gonna charge you when you call them about. Oh, I'm not the one that gives out the orders. Very, very, very poor service.At this I would not ever go there again.I would go to the one in new tampa before I would use these people ice cream melted

I’m not sure what happened on the night I visited this location but it was the worst. My stomach was in KNOTS after I ate from here. My sister who is a new mother chose not eat her ice cream because it tasted like spoiled milk. It put a very bad taste in my mouth. So I’ll probably never eat here again.

Employees barely acknowledged us. They stared at us didn't even ask how they can help us or "what can I make for you?". The portion was skimpy at best and the dipped waffle bowl was stale. My husband and I both ordered love it size. She threw it on the counter and it bounced. We had to ask for spoons. Very disappointed ?.

The young girls who are working here do not have good customer service. They look like they hate their job. I was not greeted. When I got the waffle bowl I wasn’t even asked what kind of bowl I wanted, chocolate covered or plain. I also was never asked what toppings I wanted as well. Very unwelcoming experience.

Dietary restrictions: Was in looking for a milkshake for my 82-year-old-dad who can't have solid foods and needs calories. No milkshake was a deal breaker. Walked out. Waste of a trip.
