The girl that helped me didn’t say a single word the entire time, didn’t fill my ice cream to the right size, and when I politely asked if she could add two more brownie pieces, she looked up and made a face at me like I was bothering her. sorry, she completely missed out on a $20 tip. If you’re going to work in customer service, at least act like you want to be there. Definitely needs more training on how to treat customers respectfully.

Awesome experience, nutter butter ice cream and he recommended peanut butter on top too it was so good! Very kind man and patient with not only me but my 3yo too lol. I love cold stone !

They had empty spaces in their cooler. Didn't even have flavors for the suggested signature creations. Very disappointing. The workers didn't seem to care.

I was very impressed by the customer service. The mint Oreo shake was delicious and the service provided was excellent. A great place to visit after watching a movie next door at AMC. So many options and choices of ice cream.

Came to get ice cream with friends and non of the workers were wearing gloves , even the girl in the back preparing the topping was scooping out topping to Reddit and she had no gloves on . It’s so unsanitary to have your hand inside the bins and no gloves . Other cold stone I’ve been to had gloves. This is gross!!! The person that was refilling the toppings hen brought them to the front then she put the gloves on but when she was taking the candy off the wrapper she took it off with her bare hand then searched her nose! I’m disgusted

How are you out of whipped cream? Are you kidding me? What a horrible crappy establishment to begin with- and then to be out of whipped cream is absolutely unacceptable.
I Was there with my family couple of days after hurricaneMilton. My family and I ate chocolate ice cream and unfortunately the next morning we woke up with diarrhea. We are not lactose intolerant and this has never happened in the all the years that I have visited.

I recently visited this ice cream shop and was shocked by the poor customer service. A woman in front of me ordered three ice creams and asked politely for a cup of water for her child. Instead of accommodating this simple request, the cashier responded rudely, implying she should buy a bottle of water instead. She asked again, likely to clean her child’s face, only to receive the same snarky response. It was embarrassing to watch, and I felt bad for her.
I understand that younger staff may lack experience with customer service, but if someone is having a rough day, they should consider stepping back rather than letting it impact customers. Hopefully, the management addresses this to make future experiences better.

They redeemed my Birthday BOGO rewards but wouldn’t apply it to my order so I had to pay full price & lost the reward. Staff was rude. No indoor seating. Cold Stone has gone down hill.

The employees are rude. I’ve been getting the same order for almost 20 years and this was the worst I’ve ever gotten. Tasted frost bitten. Pie crust was crushed into crumbs. I’ll drive to south Tampa before I go back to this dump

Ordered from here and there was wax paper in the ice cream. Wife ended up swallowing a good portion but was able to bring some back up. BE CAREFUL if you order for kids or older adults. Good luck!
