Nice place to relax for a drink and pizza. Service is terrific. Great staff. But this place is about their pizza. So had to try two! And where we are with two different opinions.
First up was the sausage, mushroom, onion had excellent fresh toppings. 5 stars for the toppers. As for the pie though. Felt it could have been a little more well done as the middle was a bit floppy. But it still held together well. A bit more sauce and tad more cheese would have been great, as the cheese was 'thin' and the sauce not at all in the flavor profile. But then, it may have been too floppy. So maybe you don't mess with years of experience as this is a tavern style pie done their way.
Second up to be curious, ordered a cheese. Okay. Same review. So A+ for consistency. The same exact pie that is light on cheese and sauce, with a bit of flop in the middle. Was intesting since thought it would crisp up a bit more being just cheese. But then, impressed at the consistency.
Overall. Sure. I'd return. It's an okay pizza that's light on its feet and super thin. A great lunch pie actually. I would go with a few toppings and request a little extra sauce, a little extra cheese, and just a tad longer on the cook time to bring the crisp to the middle but carful not to burn the edges too much. Maybe that is the winner for me, or maybe it doesn't work and they already perfected this style for those who love this style as is.
And as far as the other opinion. The donkey thinks I am being a bit harsh. The ol' donkey loved the pizza and was overjoyed I did not put the fish on it. He felt is was just a nice little pie as is and thinks it should get an extra star. But I'm sticking with a 3 star.

Simple and to the point menu! They do tavern style pizza and NAIL it! I love a thin crust but it’s always like a cracker. This is still a pizza and soooo damn good! No apps, no sides, no entrees and they don’t need it! Bar tenders and servers all super friendly too. Highly recommend! My new favorite pizza joint! Dave was correct again lol!

The waitress Bella she was the best waitress I have ever had in my entire life I showed her a magic trick and was amazed and when I knocked over the cup of water she was super kind about it and said there is no reason to be sorry this place is the best pizza place I have been to would come again
My son wrote the first part of the review, she also told my son when she was younger she dropped a lot of cups and they broke. After that my son wasn’t as embarrassed anymore kudos to Bella . I would recommend the waitress Bella and this restaurant to anyone. Bella thank you for being patient with my son for letting him show you his magic trick. I know when you have kids of your own you will be a very good mother. Please let her get employee of the month. Thank you.

Thin crust pizza is crispy, but nothing to set it apart, if at least reasonably priced. Nice mix of families and singles, easy to get into early evening. Parking nearby in either a free garage or (much more limited) lot behind. Nice draft beer selection and very nice boutique canned beer and cider. Pepsi products if that matters…

We recently used Colony Grill's food truck at our wedding, and let me say, it was such a hit! Leading up to wedding night, we had such a great experience coordinating with Bethany. She talked me through everything they offer, explained pricing, and even took note of the extensive allergy list we had. On wedding night, the staff set up tables, made pizzas (and even had a list of the provided allergies on hand), were super friendly, and at the end of the night cleaned up and boxed up any leftovers. We love you Colony Grill, thank's for helping us celebrate our wedding!
