These cookies exceeded my expectations! We provided inspiration pics and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. My girlfriends couldn’t stop ooh-ing and ahh-ing over them. On top of the cookies looking SO stinking cute they taste AMAZING!! Some of the best sugar cookies I’ve had. Cannot recommend enough!

So I see this lady has all 5 stars so unfortunately I have to be the 1st 1star. We started with a visit to the address listed on google and it turned out to be a home. So we called a little confused, called the number online and Sarah explained she was a home based business. We explained that we are from out of town and needed emergency help and gave her a quick run down of our issue, she was very understanding and advised just fill out an order form and she will get back with us asap. We did as requested on 06/17/24 we never heard anything back from her in any communication platform. We reached out today 06/21/24 several times with no response till finally she decided to text that she never received any order form. We sent her the order form showing it was clearly sent and her response was did we receive an invoice with credit card details. I explained why would I receive an invoice if no details was ever discussed. Her response to that was her assistant must have deleted our invoice because it did not meet her requirements so my response was how could that be when we explained our request and you was fine with it. So moral of this experience is Sarah was very unprofessional handling this issues and clearly needs to get back to whatever gave her 5stars before because she gave us the very opposite treatment from 5stars. I would not recommend this place at all

What a wonderful experience I had with Cookies by Sarah. From the ordering, to the immediate communication, to the easy pick-up,- that was outstanding. Seeing the bonus cookie, the design on the cookies, though, and then seeing the guests see the cookies- that was extraordinary! They were literally SO excited. Thank you for making this process so easy. As I mentioned, I am from out of town and I flew into TPA for a work event. I flew into TPA airport and in just about 15 minutes, I was there to pick up the cookies. My event was a hit and everyone was raving about the cookies- both in the design and in the taste!!
I was sure to let them know that you were local(ish) (they are all in the Spring Hill area) so they can reach out to you with any cookie needs.
PS (shhhh) (I even took one home for my cookie-lover boys to try and their eyes were wide with joy and they both said "mmmmm" at the taste.)
