Corazón Restaurant exceeded all expectations. The food is absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was prepared with care and authenticity. We have to wait an extremely long time for our food, the service was terrible and I have to refill the water myself using the hotel water .... easily the worst service I have had in the US. The only good thing was that the food was pretty good.

Exceedingly long wait for food. My daughter ordered the chicken bacon avacado club sandwich. It did not have bacon We ordered dessert to go and again the wait was nearly a half hour. And haven't got the bill. Go to a street vendor before you go here.
Waited over 1 hour for food after being ordered. Do not go there for lunch unless you have lots of time to waist. Extremely slow. No offer to compensate for food taking so long.

This restaurant is conveniently located in the Hyatt hotel. I stopped by for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the menu variety and the quality of the food. Prices are competitive and the service was great. There is plenty of seating both inside and out and can accommodate large groups. They are open for lunch and dinner and the bar is open until 11pm. I recommend this downtown Tampa restaurant.
