Why is it that I come to this store and spend $200+ in groceries, and when I'm exiting, I am treated like a criminal shoplifter??? WHY???

In general, I really like this Costco location. It's conveniently located, has ample parking, is well stocked, and the staff is helpful. My main issues have been with the quality of produce and the staffing. I've gotten some produce that went bad quickly after purchase (even a bag of onions). I've also noticed that the checkout lines are never fully (or even halfway) staffed, which makes the process much longer and more frustrating than necessary. They tend to usher you towards self checkout which is a huge hassle and ends up taking longer than regular checkout. I've tried self checkout twice and had multiple issues that required a staff member both times.

My favorite Costco hands down! It's never too crazy, parking is great, staff are phenomenal. Just about everything you want to have is here but the experience itself adds to it. I have been so many times and I always have great experience. Will definitely be returning soon

It doesn't not have nearly the amount of vegan items other Costco in other states have, the workers are rude and condescending, why bother doing "self check out" if y'all gonna touch everything afterwards... 2/5 because they have some descent household items. Not renewing.

Great Costco in an awesome location. It's in a newer area and I recommend checking out the liquor sales department!

The produce is terrible, and this is one of the main reasons I joined. They have had the same broccoli sitting there a month past the date (8-18). It's disintegrating. I wonder when they will toss it? I bet it's still there if I go back next week. Half of the peppers in the bag were rotten both times I bought some in the past few weeks). The Roma tomatoes are just gross and half need to be tossed. I can't wait until Sprouts opens up across the street. Although Sam's is further from our home, we will be keeping our Sam's membership and let this one lapse.

This rating is for Costco.com and not Costco (which I have a very high opinion of). I find that my account is often locked and then I have to reset my password often. It turns out that once your account is locked after only 3 tries, it is 24 hrs before it auto unlocks unlike most sites 15-20 minutes. This is excessive as even a 5 minute auto unlock makes it statistically impossible to brute force a password. Most other sites reset in 15 minutes. This effectively results in an excessive amount of new passwords and is very irritating. Fix this Costco. Maybe follow CIS recommended industry standards so you can provide a better customer experience! I cannot believe that a company that provides the best possible in store customer experience has such a subpar online presence. Time to step up the game Costco before Amazon gets their grocery prices in line with you.

Went today with my mom to get flu shots. Although the pharmacy was very busy the pharmacist, Mary, was exceptional. She could relate to having an aging parent and was very kind to both of us. Thank you for a great experience.

We have been shopping here for a year and half. We loved the customer service and friendly people. Since the virus hit, everything has been different. Yes they changed how things were with stickers on the floor and glass around the cashiers. All that being said. The level of service has hit bottom. They yell at you getting checked out no one on the floor helps anyone find anything. I thought we were customers, however every employee there thinks they are doing us a favor. My guess is the management changed. No one would put up with the poor level of service. A year ago people were in line to become a member.,,,,,, there is no line now. Please Costco come back to customer service.

I love Costco. Why did it take me so long to become a member?! Probably because I just started a family and the babes are starting to eat, a lot! Everyone knows Costco during the pandemic has been crucial and very safe. They were the first to require masks for all customers before the mandate. Today I even noticed they have free masks available for customers who forget them. It feels completely safe to shop here. Okay, but I really came to write this review because this was my first time going at night on a weeknight. This is the best kept secret. There was barely anyone in the store when I arrived at 7:40. I pulled up to a parking spot, zoomed around Costco grabbing all my needs (and even more than what I came for of course). I found a crazy good deal on toddler swim goggles 3 for $10 when they were 1 for $15 at Target. I went to the check out line and was immediately checked out with the nicest employees. Zoomed out at 8:20 to buy a few essential items to stock the bar. Again, the nicest customer service. I always enjoy talking to the staff there. Then I packed up in a well lit parking lot and zoomed over to get my gas with no wait. I was home by 8:40. To top it off, I had a kidless shopping experience and didn't have to play kid songs there or back. If you're a parent you should definitely be taking advantage of the post bedtime Costco run!

I appreciate so much how Costco has responded to Covid 19. They enforce mask wearing, clean every cart, put up partitions at checkout and mapped out social distancing. I tell people that Costco is my favorite store right now because of the mask policy.

I have been going to Costco since the day they opened their doors and I'm an executive member. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and it's very stressful for everyone. But customer service has gone downhill. I was in the Costco on Linebaugh in Tampa shopping with a full cart of groceries and products. I went to check out and the cashier's assistant usual helps unload my shopping cart. She just stood there and watched me do it myself. When it was time for me to pay for my groceries, there is no place to sit my purse anywhere due to all the plexi glass around the cashier. I had to place my purse on the floor and get my wallet out, unbelievable!! Publix has plexiglass around their cashier but at least they have an area where you can sit your purse to get your credit care or cash out! Then the cashier's assistant placed all my items in the shopping cart with no boxes! I have to stop in front of an area where they have boxes and take out all my items and find a box and box my own groceries. There are other customers surrounding the area doing the same thing. Horrible customer service, particularly with all the money I spend in there. Publix bags the customer's groceries and Costco should do the same. I know the Costco in Clearwater boxes the customer's groceries. It's a shame the Costco in Tampa does not. Poor customer service!

Let's start with the positives: They really care about customers and employees. Love the mask policy, and ethical treatment of employees. Love their products, and samples. Negatives: They could use some more cashiers as sometimes the lines take a bit long.

Amazed by their service ! I couldn't believe how amazing, professional and organized they were. I grow up with Price Club in the 80's and I could remember how much we loved going there getting beans and rice for our dinner. And then on our way out grab a hot dog and Drink for $1.50 , it was 7 of us and for my mother that was a cheep dinner back in the day! I'm so impressed how much this company cares about Safety-as usual , but also during these tough times! I keep going in forever and ever about my best love experience with Costco best Run company by all means!

Covid19... They really have it down I'm very impressed. Employees all had masks kept a 6 foot distance between customers and employees. They wiped down register area between each customer. They also wiped down shelves and freezer handles all the time. I saw them sanitizing the handles and shelves at least 3 times while I was in the store which was less then 30 minutes. Thank you Costco for saving lives.
