At the Carrollwood location I was pretty unhappy. I usually go to the West Chase location every week or every other week for the past couple of months and I always ask for extra frosting. The westchase location is amazing and they always give me extra frosting. Well I stopped by the Carrollwood location on my way home last week and I asked for extra frosting. The girl came up and said we don't give extra frosting with a rude tone. She said there's already enough frosting . I said I have always been given extra frosting. She looked at me and again stated we don't do that. And walked away. I do not think I will be going back to that location. The girl was extremely rude. Its good that there is another location near by me because I wouldn't have ever gone back to crumbl because of how rude the girl at carrollwood was to me. To my westchase store you guys rock! Sorry about the 1 star. That's for the Carrollwood location and the rude girl that works there. If you don't like your job then customer service isn't for you....

Val, Giselle, and the rest of the staff are great at this location. I’ve seen other locations that aren’t operated near as well as the Sheldon location. Always very polite and enthusiastic customer service that compliments their great cookies! I will definitely be back!
