I ordered a carrot cake this week. Got there. No carrot cake which is just life. It’s just he was not that nice & no one mentioned the price difference. So that sucked.

I orders my crumbl cookies online. My kids went to pick them up and they were ignored for the first 10 minutes they were there. They were then told 1/2 of the cookies we ordered were out and it would be an additional 16 minutes for the 3 flavors they had. It ended up being 35 minute and the cookies tasted stale. We were so disappointed as we normally love crumbl. We won’t be going back

Our experience tonight on 3/19 was terrible. We waited a full hour for cookies my mom ordered in advanced. When asking to speak with someone for help on the order and the timing both of the workers seemed as though they had no clue what I was talking about. At that point i asked to cancel the order as we had waited for this long and I stood in front of the cashier for 20 minutes just for them to inform me it was too difficult to refund the order and I should just “wait” 16 more minutes for cookies. Currently still waiting on cookies that will most likely be stale by the end of the evening. Very bad experience with this crumbl.
