We walked in, ordered our food and quickly realized that everybody, including children were freezing inside. We asked more than one employee why the heat was not on, and we were told no one was allowed to turn the heat on. It’s sad to hear kids talking about freezing inside and us being told that the heat is not allowed to be turned on by even the manager. We weren’t told it was broken, we were told it wasn’t allowed! We ended up changing our order and ate in our vehicle.

Great place! This is my go to Culvers, they make the food better than many of the other Culvers locations around. The only thing ive noticed though is that the drive thru times often take a while, even on hours considered off peak. Other than that love this place!

3rd time this month my family has came back to this location to give it another shot. I am not sure what is going on inside but food taste like crap on top of the toppings it's like they have no lettuce, no onions, no tomatoes... they are not fresh like at least cut the veggies correctly, instead of chunks. It shows in the food and service that this location does not care about the community they are serving.

Ordered online and wow that was the worst idea I’ve ever had. It took almost 30 minutes for my bf and I to get two mini flurry’s. Thought it was more efficient ordering through the app but was proven otherwise.
