I've been at other Culver's locations. This one wasn't particularly that great. They made a mistake in my order. Have to say, they did correct the mistake. And didn't give me a hard time, like other large, fast food chains do. The bathrooms weren't that clean. Neither was the rest of the restaurant that good with housekeeping. The food that was for served was still good.We only went for site orders.A shake and a ice cream.

I love culvers but we waited at the window 2 minutes for someone to take are order and no one was in line. The lady at the window was very mean and not polite and sounded like she didn't want to talk to us. We used a token for our ice cream and she stilled charged us so we had to point it out and the food took forever, we order one meal and we were the only people there.Im disappointed culvers. I dont normally write reviews but im very unsatisfied with this location.

I come to this Culver’s about 2-3 times a month, as I do love the food the customer service is terrible 90% of the time. I speak clearly yet they can never seem to get my order right but when I ask for them to correct it then they want to give me attitude. The girl who is always at the window wants to tell me they can’t use my card when I use it every time and wants to be rude every time I come. She never greets the customer or says thank you. Honestly I don’t understand why they have her on the window if she can’t greet a customer properly.
If i could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a simple order of 6 piece shrimp with Mac and cheese, sweet tea and pretzel bites. And my husband ordered a fish sandwich After sitting at curbside for 20 minutes I got out and went inside after one of the employees stated she would find out why our order wasn't out yet as well as bringing us the right drink as we ordered a sweet tea and got an Unsweetened tea and never came back. I went inside to ask why all these other cars behind us were now gone and we were the only one still waiting and stated i would just like a refund after waiting for 20 minutes. No im sorry or anything just rang up my order again and refunded. I was at least expecting them to say sorry it took so long but no communication or anything very poor customer service. Will never return.
