I don’t understand what’s the problem with parking in a pick up spot for DoorDash, however ur manager refused to give me my order unless I would change parking spots when I thought that was the pick up spot, she is rude and inconvenient, worked in customer service for years and this whole interaction was unnecessary, I would not come here to try this please considering this is your manager so the expectations for the rest of the establishment are questionable, again parking lot was empty I coulda have been in and out the store within a minute if ur employe wasn’t so inconvenient, I canceled the order, thanks!

I ordered through Doordash. This burger almost made me sick. Cooks need to remember unless I ask for it medium rare, burgers should be well done. First time I had this particular burger, the Colby jack one, and now I'm disappointed and can't eat this.
The burgers are really great for fast food, always my go to place. Thanks Angie for great friendly service.

Used to love this location and eat here at least once a week. Stopped eating there as much when they hired a bunch of teenagers who are incompetent. I use to dine in but decided to go through the drive through last night around 9 pm. First the girl taking my order makes me repeat everything multiple times. I waited over 20 minutes for my order while THREE people behind me received theirs in a timely manner. Once we finally complain about it the kid giving out orders says he’ll check on it. Then a kid with brown hair and clear glasses comes up, after seeing him give a delivery driver a huge order and taking 3 minutes to do just that; I’m sure he was holding our food the entire time he was waiting for the other one. He gives us our COLD food and after hearing us complain rudely says “we can write your name down and you can get the same order next time for free. But other than that theirs a survey you can do on that receipt for a blizzard.” No I won’t be back nor would I ever want one of the terrible ice creams. It’s absolutely ridiculous that what was once a a great fast food restaurant, allows this ridiculous customer service.

I went there to get a banana split after dinner, the manager's name is Ross he could not have been more accommodating and I customize my banana split and he didn't even charge me extra which I wouldn't mind it if he did because it was phenomenal I had not had one of these in quite some time I highly recommend the Culver's in Town & Country on West Hillsborough and please seek out the manager Ross good guy runs a good ship restaurant was clean everybody was friendly and accommodating
