This Culver's is always pretty consistent, the burgers are always pretty mid but the chicken is really good and the ice cream is always great. Although it is a little bit more pricey than like McDonald's or Wendy's, the quality and service is significantly better.

Pulled up to drive through employee was outside taking orders. Came my turn I was told to use the speaker to order but no one was available to take my order. Meanwhile outside employee continues to take other orders. Finally place order asked for unsalted pretzel bites. Order came with salted pretzel bites and zero napkins.

I really don't have anything negative to say about this Culver's location with the exception of two things. I ordered one of their burgers and I must have told them to hold the onions maybe 5 times. After I was done placing my order I asked them again to make sure they put it on the order and they said yes. I got my order with onions. Second thing; when I was ordering they asked if I wanted tomato I said sure why not. When I looked at the receipt they charged me 30¢ for a slice of tomato. Which I didn't really mind but they didn't tell me it would be extra. The food and shake were very good; they just need to put someone on drive-thru that pays attention a little better.
In my opinion culvers is the best fast food this culvers has great welcoming employees great food and the service is amazing! The only thing that could be better is the interior it's a little messy but still an awesome place

I'm not sure what happened to the burgers. they're not as good as they used to be. It feels like there's a lot of char on the burgers or being overcooked or something like that. And the orders feel like they're not done right. You ask for grilled onions, and they do a terrible job or just give you one onion. Or you say put something on the side they put it on your sandwich or no pickles they still put it on their sandwich. And then you're slow. They used to be a lot faster
