Horrible!!! All around. I go to Culver’s all the time and this is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. I was stuck in the drive through line for 45 minutes and when I finally got my food my order was completely wrong

They haven't made a mistake on any order so far, they always have fresh produce, and they have a welcoming, friendly team that truly makes you feel like part of the family. 10 stars to the team and the store. Half of our order wasn’t given to us. We realized as soon as we opened in the highway to call the manager, Niyja who said we would have to turn around. (Mind you we are on a road trip out of town with our one year old 20 minutes away at this point) she would not credit any of our money back. Terrible customer service.
