Your employees taking break with their friends in the dining room ruined our dinner today , our bench was bounced several times by the friends of employees , getting up then sitting down as hard as they could , not once , or twice , but 3 times , total disregard that someone was sitting on the other side of the bench, the employees oblivious paying customers were being disturbed, we then we got up and threw our unfinished food away and left .Never coming back , interactions with other employees were all good , but the female employee sitting with her annoying friends , complaining about how she didn’t like her job was ridiculous.

Ordered a kids meal and instead of the custard that is supposed to come with it I was charged for a shake that came out to almost 5 dollars. Contacted their customer support and their email back to me said it could take up to two weeks to go through my concern IF they decide to fulfill it. Their customer service is absolutely horrible.

Worst Culvers ever for service. Contacted store over poor service in past no response. Attempted to contact corporate with no response. Its a shame the food is very good but not worthy of a 30 minute wait everytime.
